Does “Kelly’s Heroes” count as a war movie? (You did not say film had to be a war drama.)

Damn romantic sub plots. Wish someone would do a remake of 55 Days at Peking with all romance stripped from it.

Someone should do a movie about the Rape of Nanking, with all the romance stripped out of it.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

It really was the weakest point of the movie, the Baroness is just not a like able or interesting character, and the time that she fills would have been better spent on the conflicts leading up to the actual siege or spent on showing the other great powers soldiers outside the american ones during the fighting, or hell parts of the Seymour Expedition.

Loved the Dawn Patrol with David Niven and Errol Flynn. Really enjoyed the interaction between The British and the German Pilots, they respected each other. Probably not the best war movie but reminded me of Flyboys.

One of my all time favorites. Also on my list are The Longest Day, Tora Tora Tora, and A Bridge Too Far.

I have doubts about such an advanced Anti-aircraft Defence in WW1 like it shown in Flyboys. Anyway, the movie looks like a boring evening’s killer.
