This is the bottom line why its so wrong.

#believeher means no questioning, no evidence, you have to believe everything she says, unwaveringly. Full support, no question.

This concretely also means then, logically, you cannot believe him. Only the woman gets automatically believed solely because she’s a woman.

In the common cases where she’s found to be lying, after destroying the man’s life, no serious negative consequences like financial restoration, or real jail time. No biblical appropriate punishment like being given the sentence that either he received, or was facing before the lies were exposed.

If women never, NEVER lied about their dealings with men, or never lied about anything, if they were incapable of lying, we could actually #believeher. But women do lie, often to keep themselves from trouble and responsibility and negative personal consequences. they lie about little things like white lies to friends, they lie about shoplifting small items, they lie about big things like embezzlement, murder, affairs and hit and runs, they lie to officers even though they watch the video the cop’s bodycam or crusier camera took of them doing whatever. women have been videotaped lying on 911 calls that their guy is beating them up while the guy videotapes them pretending to be beat up. we’ve all seen these videos.

No one deserves to be just believed 100%, without evidence and proof, when it comes to allegations that can destroy another person life, career and freedom, without having actual serious repercussions for the liar. No one should lose their self defense rights, homes and kids and jobs from unproven heresay charges. The rule of law is thwarted when heresay is given the status of “evidence” without proof.

Further it is sexist and fundamentally unfair that men do not enjoy the power of their heresay testimonies being 100% believed by law enforcement and the courts. If the courts were considering all parties heresay as equal evidence, then at least screwed up law would be applied equally to everyone. But it isn’t, women are the favored class and only their heresay statements carry weight (or more weight) with the court than a man’s testimony. This is bad law, bad precedent.

Its the gynocentric society theme of men bad, women good. Women victims, men mean aggressors. It is extremely tiresome and frankly, worn out. The millions of girls who cried wolf has worn this shiite out.

#mansplaining is a sexual harassment term used by women to shut men up who are actually trying to treat a woman they would a man. Passing on info becomes sexist as viewed by women. You know if its a case where the guy already knows it or is more of an expert than the person saying it, there are ways to deal with it without considering it sexual harassment.
