HIPAA, and that’s correct. You can’t get that information from their doctor. But, if you or a friend catch something and choose to share that info in the interest of public health and safety….I’m pretty sure that isn’t governed by HIPAA because you’re disclosing your “own” medical history as is your legal right.

Unless it got such widespread support, with total saturation, there would be far too many skanks going unreported.
