Ok brothers you know my story, ejected from my house under the guidelines of the Duluth model here in the USA, with the ‘assistance” of both police and Sheriffs depts.’

I quote the Duluth model as to get said order against me all she had to do was fill out a form. It is one arm of the web it shoots to feed the system.

Later in court when it was quashed upon her multiple lies and actual fraud being exposed, she was not found guilty of any crime. Nothing, zip, nada.

Why? Because I was not a victim of any crime. Yep that was said to me. Not a victim. No victim equals no crime.

It is used when officers called to address domestic disturbance i.e. intimate partner violence (IPV).

To understand it you must realize from the get go, if cops arrive at your house, you have more chance than not of going to a cell that day.

The day before I was served / removed from my property the cops were called. The ONLY thing that saved me was a VAR and 2 witnesses.

If not for this, I would have gone to jail, on HER WORD.

While I always draw attention to my experience, I wish to convey 2 things here.

1)Not only has the Duluth Model been thoroughly discredited as a practical means of addressing IPV, but it has also been exposed by a variety of academics and activists as a counter-factual exercise in ideological bias against men.

2)It has actively spread throughout Europe under the guise of “The Istanbul Convention”. All member countries are using/implementing a version of the Duluth model.

So in effort to expand on these points

1)The following quote is from from the the Duluth Model’s own FAQ page: “On the societal level, women’s violence against men has a trivial effect on men compared to the devastating effect of men’s violence against women.”

A claim that can easily be refuted.

One 2007 study of over 11,000 respondents aged 18-28 in heterosexual relationships found that just under half of the violent relationships were reciprocally violent, whilst women were the perpetrators of violence in 70 per cent of non-reciprocally violent relationships.

If the Duluth model were accurate, contradictory data of this nature simply should not exist.

More than 200 studies find that the most common pattern of abuse was mutual, with both men and women initiating violence at approximately the same rates.

2)Though the convention text claims to recognize the suffering of all victims of IPV, such claims are rendered hollow.

The convention frames violence against women as “one of the crucial social mechanisms by which women are forced into a subordinate position compared with men”.

It goes on to specifically differentiate between the general phenomenon of domestic violence and violence against women, singling out violence against a woman as “a form of discrimination” visited upon her “because she is a woman”.

There are multiple references to the need to “empower women”, while emphasizing the duty of men and boys in the prevention of all forms of violence.

The message is clear: if you are male, you have a share in the collective blame for the entire phenomenon of violence against women and girls.

This rhetoric is entirely consonant with that of the Duluth Model, which also frames IPV as a manifestation of men’s dominance and control over women. 

As of June 2017, it has been signed by 45 countries AND the European Union.

It has been criticized by Amnesty International.

I remember back in 2001, I was had visitation with my sons. I took them to the pool, and their mom showed up.

Then the kids cried to have mom in the car. She filed the order, and she was still showing up where I was.

Long story short, she was in the car, and I had to swerve around a U haul truck. OF COURSE it was a woman that pulled me over..

Next thing I know, I am being arrested. And I am going to be arrested, I remember it like it was yesterday.

My mom was furious and made my wifes mother bail me out, I remember being with a Crack head, and he warned me he was going to get crazy during the night since he was going to have withdrawls.

That was my first foray into the DV court system. And even though the order was dropped BEFORE i was sentenced they did not care. THe COURT went out of their way to put me on Probation. I DID NOTHING.

I remember how I was treated, how I could not stand watch anymore, and it just ruined my ability to even work with the postal service. I filled out multiple applications and I FORGOT to put down I was arrested on this ONE copy of the application, and I was dropped from the woman who reviewed my application.

It cost me one of the best jobs I could have gotten. And it has f~~~ed me ever since.

Since then, I get a new one in 2016.

It ruins lives. And women know it. It hurts the economy and it kills men’s drive to do anything.

It has ruined any chance of me working for security or border guards. Every good job I could have ever had is now gone in everything I was trained to do, and it f~~~ed me over when looking for a job when I got out of the military.

I could not even get a job at the TSA. F~~~ man. IT KILLED ME>

And I WISH I COULD SUE for this, but of course, what are you going to do?

The laws do not let you do anything, and if you do get a good job, they just take EVEN MORE MONEY FROM YOU. And if you ever get arrested again BOOM goes your job. Your savings, etc.

And I got out easy I think. I know guys so much worse off. If it was not for the VA, I would have been f~~~ed over and over.

I just got word from the VA and the California veterans organization that they just looked at what was going on, and just said SCREW IT. She just flat out said to me, Your Unemployable.

She even looked at my skills, and looked at my arrest record, and she just filed my claim and unemployable. F~~~ing killed me man.

I don’t know about you guys, but I just had a little small piece of my heart and soul just fall.

I know some people would be like GREAT FREE MONEY. There is nothing free.

But as time goes on, I am getting okay with it. If they keep arresting me and ruining my hands where I can’t even push down ethernet cables, can’t feel parts of my fingers, can’t safely climb a ladder, what else can I do. I did not ask for this, but they are going to do it.

Guys, you can’t imagine the shame when I was sitting there with my boss, and I could not stand to tell him the truth that I could even sling wire due to my hands being so numb now. I could not climb the ladder safely.

I did the same thing with a great job I got in sacramento where i was doing alarm installs, and I could not even sling the cable, it kept coming out of my hands.

I f~~~ing showed up late purpose since I could not bare to tell my new boss who was amazed by he speed of my work and how good I was that I could not screw down the terminals.

I don’t like admitting this, But I f~~~ing bashed my car seat like a punching bag till my hands started peeling and bleeding just so I could feel pain.

If it was not for the VA guy in sacramento, I don’t want to admit what I was prepared to do. And I think you know what that was going to be. Kind of hard when your hands don’t work. THen again, when I started to get feeling back in my hands after 6 months, its gone again with another ride again and barging around in CUffs.

Well. F~~~ it. THe government mandates this treatment, then screw it. I DESERVE IT. They made it possible for me not to succeed , they put the laws in place, they back them up they fund them. THEN SCREW IT.

I will take that nice 3500 hundred dollar check when and if I get it and just go with it.

TOnight, I will be writing the letter to both organizations and sending them more proof. I have to go to the VA this weekend and again, document what has happned.

I am about to start wearing large rings around my wrists to make it IMPOSSIBLE for them to put them on. THat or just start carrying my own Orthopedic handcuffs.

That or I am going to start marketing some. I think that’s a good business plan.

If you want to counter this sexism against men, you have to debunk it and offer a counter model to show how women are more horrible than men.

The material evidence to do this is so abundant that it should not be difficult.

One place for witnesses would be the police. They deal with domestic violence issues all the time. I know from cops I talk to, both male and female officers, it is the only situation they deal with they hate the most. Also, these cops have commented how women are usually worse than men in these situations.

According to the Duluth model, defending yourself as not being guilty is evidence of your guilt because you assume you have white male privelage and think you should be listened to and believed because your a man.

This was explicitly stated in the guidelines that were published with the Title IX letter about kangaroo courts for college rape hysteria.

It said that if a young man accused of rape on campus defends himself, then that is evidence he is guilty.

I suppose that saying, “I might have done it, but don’t know”, is the answer their looking for.
