It’s better to have to face a charge for recording someone (a slut) without permission than have to deal with a rape charge, potential conviction and live the rest of your life on a registered sex offender list.

If there is a list for guys that have recorded consensual sex without permission from the slut, I would rather have that conviction on my record and/or be on that list than the other one.

When in doubt. Turn the GoPro on, make copies of the video in the morning: send them to your own email, your buddies and your attorney.

Excellent story. The poor college guy needed to have a time machine plus an attempt at mind reading. Try to read her mind (a totally futile effort) so when she ‘actually said yes’ he would magically have known that deep down, if not for rape cultural pressure (their term & blame men), that she would ‘much later’ admit (the time machine part) that she ‘really meant no’ all along – or did she? Whew.

So what I’m understanding is that since a woman can give verbal consent (Yes means Yes), the she is still being raped by the culture at large.

So the logic that follows is that;

I cannot accuse and have convicted a man to whom I have given expressed verbal consent (written or recorded statements needed to guarantee validity of the claim of innocence).

I can accuse my culture of rape because I felt ‘pressured’ to consent.

Because this culture is spawned by the Patriarchy, men in general should be imprisoned.  Since this is not an options, then the complete elimination of male influence from culture is necessary to ensure that I will not be raped.

Sounds legit.  Peer pressure.  The refuge and excuse for behavior that is regretted or disapproved of later by the adolescent.
