Bahar Mustafa scandal leads to CPS comitting a criminal offence

Bahar Mustafa escapes prosecution for tweeting “kill all men”, because female privilege.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has the ultimate say on whether a prosecution should be brought. They openly admit that their policy is to “end violence against women and girls”, thereby encouraging violence against men and boys.

The police arrested and charged Bahar Mustafa for tweeting that all men should be killed. The CPS decided that the prosecution should be discontinued:

This is arguably a criminal offence of misconduct in public office on the part of the CPS, based on their own guidance as follows:

The elements of the offence are summarised in Attorney General’s Reference No 3 of 2003 [2004] EWCA Crim 868. The offence is committed when:
– a public officer acting as such
– wilfully neglects to perform her duty and/or wilfully misconducts herself
– to such a degree as to amount to an abuse of the public’s trust in the office holder
without reasonable excuse or justification

The decision not to prosecute Bahar Mustafa got challenged by one of the complainants. I hope numerous complaints are now made to the police that the CPS and Alison Saunders (head of the CPS) has committed misconduct in public office, so a proper investigation can be carried out.

In my wilder days I got arrested and taken to court a few times, on one occasion CPS had no DNA, no forensic evidence, no firearm recovered, no CCTV and even the CPS barrister himself said he doesn’t know why this case has come to court.

Yet this bitch can say kill all men and the case gets dropped?!
