    Well, I cant speak for England, but here in the US in a privately held business, they have every right to kick someone out or refuse service to anyone.

    Its hard to know the exact circumstances without actually being there and the amount, if any, of other patrons were being disturbed. But it really doesnt matter. If the management didnt want them there they would have to leave.
