    Her line : “All women lie…if they didn’t, very few of them would have a husband.”

    The context : Guy is breaking off his engagement. He cites the many ‘bossy’ changes in his ‘betroved’s’ behavior since she received her ring.
    She counters with a list of ‘compromises’ she has made to be with him. (his neckties, the way he sneezes, the way he butters his bread….)
    He counters with “You complimented my ties. You said my sneezes were “cute”……”
    Here it comes :

    I tend to watch old B&W movies on TCM from time to time. With red-pill glasses, those trad-con days look so much more different.
    The best part of Casablanca, is when Rick puts the girl on the plane, instead of keeping her ‘for himself’……LOL…
