    I have also built a similar relationship with my dad. It has taken years and a lot of work. It has been worth it. The only difference with my dad is that he takes a bit longer to do something when I ask him. It still gets done.

    My parents are my best friends, followed by my siblings. I work on these relationships constantly.

    I concur brother. In this world of Blue Pill mess family is important. As long as they are not pieces of s~~~ they will have your back.
