Asparagus Dish I Found And Tried Out – VERY GOOD

I saw this bodybuilding video [see below], and toward the end, it contained a healthy dish I tried out a few days ago and it’s VERY good. It’s not the prettiest thing to look at, but it is very good and it’s healthy. Here’s the video below, but know that you have to 14:41 in the video to see it.

It’s just basically a handful of steamed Asparagus combined with solid tuna albacore and mushed hardboiled eggs. I added black pepper to mine. I tried it a few days ago and again, it’s REAL good, but not the prettiest thing to look at.

usually pour a nice tomato & garlic sauce over it.
