I’ve always thought that people’s driving is ‘generally’ a reflection of who they are.

Call the cops on her if shes in your space. It sounds like they understand the problem already, they may be on your side to get her to move her ass if they tell her to go.

If you have assigned parking spots, report her or anyone else who won’t move to the management. They might kick her out if she is a renter or they will call the police if she refuses to move.
