Thank God this wasn’t around when my ex-wife decided she “wasn’t happy” and shagged around.

The article goes on about de-linking ending-of-the-marriage contract side and the financials and that this:

…will cheapen the marriage contract and make divorce easier.

The new courts will also hear disputes over money between unmarried cohabitees who break up – a move that is likely to erode the legal distinction between marriage and informal relationships.

Further interesting bit in the article is a side note about grounds for a divorce:

Forget gambling or drinking – couples are now using political differences, snoring or an obsession with exercise as grounds for divorce.

Lawyers yesterday revealed how partners are stretching the meaning of unreasonable behaviour to include a string of modern sins.

Causes for a break-up may now include spending too long on social media or an addiction to cycling. Nicola McInnes of Gorvins solicitors said: ‘One pattern which seems to be emerging is a change in lifestyle. So we are hearing from a lot of clients about the fact their partner has become a fanatical cyclist. Or has started going to the gym every day.

‘Being fussy about food – maybe becoming vegetarian or giving up dairy and gluten – seems to be another aggravating factor.’

The top grounds for unreasonable behaviour include illness, a lack of gratitude and being hopeless with money.

So glad I’m well out of it now.

Any man that gets married now, must be bozo the clown. The information and statistics aren’t hard to find. The knowledge is widely available. The feminists stranglehold on the courts is tight, and getting tighter by the day. There’s no excuse for a man to get married with all the information available online.

Problem is most men are pressured by friends and family to sign the marriage contract because they can’t handle seeing a man off the plantation and this man must conform to the hive so he doesn’t make them look like the fools they are.

On top of that add parents who want their “grandkids” along with shaming tactics and it is hard for people to reconcile what they see around them to the facts presented to them. They become so indoctrinated that most men just don’t want to believe or see the truth and instead want to make everyone around them happy by conforming. It is only after they go through the divorce process that they see how wrong all these people really are because these men always think “it will never happen to me my girlfriend/wife is a unicorn”.

Some men just need to be burned bad in order to finally see and wake up it is nothing wrong with that it is just the way it is a lot of our brothers here understand this and have come to see that marriage was an error after going through the process of divorce.

“Last night legal experts warned the forms could ask too much of couples – who may just ‘tick every available box’ – while family campaigners said it would ‘make the break-up of a marriage about nothing more than money’.”

Money is EXACTLY what it’s about when the bitch decides to cash in on your assets and pension.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE WHOLE S~~~ SHOW.

There’s a better way to “streamline the system”.

Don’t get married in the first place.

    Much simpler.

Oh for sure. My family used to try that on me, i just threw information at them at supersonic speed. They eventually gave up. I love most of my family, but nobody has the right to try n get me back on the plantation, not even them.

Be a man. Have a backbone. Stand up straight and tell them “Its my fuc*ing life; not yours. You can make your own choices for your own lives.” After that they will avoid you at every cost! If they find red-pill by their experience, you gain all their respect. One after another.

All things make full circle, the smart phone isn’t going to be able to summons a man on those cold lonely nights full of tears as they stare at the ceiling with their thousand c~~~ stares filled with all the psychological damage their freedom and liberation has delivered them.

We made it through the pain and suffering of short lived feminism, their turn is coming.

    Full circle.

MATRIX is absolutely correct in his assumptions. Modern women only care about themselves and the world is geared to feed their gluttony, except MGTOW, we’re starving this beast to death.

Until death do we part. The word shall not be mocked. A-men!

Feminism is wrong and will never be right.

LOL. I think its funny that my mother keeps asking me if I’m ever going to get married to my gf. I keep mentioning that I don’t see how I have anything to gain by doing so.

A year ago, when I had the two gf’s, and hadn’t chosen one over the other yet, my mother was the one offended, when my mom’s back was turned, my dad just rolled his eyes at her.

(He’s seen what females are really like… his first marriage he walked in on an NFL player doing his wife in the living room) I wouldn’t say my mother is a unicorn; she was simply raised to be less hypergamous and she is less self-destructive than other females. I know she’s still got some of the same flawed female subroutines running under the hood — they are simply kept in check.

I sort of consider my 1 year + relationship to be a science experiment: she knew before we even went on our first date that I had sworn off marriage and cohabitation. I specifically stated in my profile such — that I adhered to monogamy but I refuse to put myself in a position where the State has a say in my relationships.

I suspect in my experiment that much of her good behavior the past year is either a conscious or unconscious attempt to convince me to change my mind about marriage. (See, I’m a unicorn, I’m not like the others. Then I get married, and then “checkmate”) The problem is, as a chess player, I’ve been known to see 8-10 moves ahead. I already understand the female end game.

My massive decline in sex drive from 2016 to 2018, along with my general desire for freedom and tranquility and privacy, and my basic misanthropic nature will make going monk very easy in the future.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

The marriage-divorce racket is a long-con that is pulled on men, and women are natural con artists.

I refuse to participate in my own destruction, and I say “NO” to becoming a slave.

I tore out the stereo and threw it overboard, I am the captain of my fate and the admiral of my direction! My moral compass no longer suffers from magnetic deviation!

Yes, she (like AWALT) subscribes to the Taliban saying:

“You may have the watch, but we have the time”

History shows that most can outlast and overcome men’s resistance. But that was before the Warthog of MGTOW came swooping in…

Sounds like a good idea to me. Because this makes the consequences of divorce much more easily accessible to a man. I think most men go into divorce thinking that it won’t happen to them, and push the consequences of divorce to the back of their mind. They pretend it’s not there. It is harder to do when the consequences are easily downloadable.

To be perfectly honest, I’d take it a few step further. I would have a similar checkbox form to get marriage. In order to save time, and because the circumstances of the future divorce are deemed to be irrelevant, the two people who want to get married should be required to fill out the divorce checklist before they get married. That’ll make the divorce even easier…and hopefully cause many marriages to never happen to begin with.

I also find it interesting that the article emphasizes that this is about the monetary aspects of divorce. It’s a financial partnership. It makes me think about what happens when you attempt to get a loan from the bank. The bank goes to great length to make sure that they aren’t making a bad decision by loaning you money. Credit checks, secure income, no history of s~~~ty financial behavior. They consider the stacks too high to take such risks. Yet men are expected to take much greater risks, are shamed for even considering the risks, and are never even given so much a statement from their partner that they will attempt to destroy them financially.

    Ok. Then do it.

What a great idea. A prenup that would be required at the time of marriage. Just check off the boxes that say, no alimony and you get what you put in, not half.

Then when time for divorce they can compare the two and try to stay within the guidelines.

I predict this will not work. We already have an algorithm that predicts the final totals of fiscals in California called the Disso-master.

Every one ends up in court fighting over the dog anyway. It’s all about emotional revenge. You can’t change that because you can’t change human instincts.

Oh, that’s not what I meant at all. I wasn’t suggesting a prenup, but more of acknowledgement of that fact that you are willing handing over your life to this woman who can ruin it at her pleasure.

[checkbox] I acknowledge that half of the assets acquired during the marriage must be given over to your future wife regardless of who earn money or how the assets were required.

[checkbox] I acknowledge that any children conceived during the marriage, whether biologically mine or not, will be my financial responsibility until the child turns 18. This is not dependent on whatever visitation rights the child’s mother wishes to grant me. This is also not dependent on the financial needs of the child, but based solely on a percentage of my salary.

    …and so on.

Again, if you get a mortgage on a home, you will be required to sign documents stating you understand what your rights are, that if you don’t pay the bank can take your home away from you, and 100s of other things you may not understand that could effect your decision on whether to get the loan. It is rather important, yet no where near as important as understanding what you are agreeing when you sign up for marriage.

And…banks would love to put further restrictions on you when you sign up for a loan. In some cases, they are not legally allowed to, or they know that good customers will refuse to sign. This is why the dangers of marriage are not more widely communicated, women and the government know you won’t sign if you really understood what you’re getting in to.

    Ok. Then do it.

    “Financial Remedies Court”

    Good Lord.
So a lady gets to fill out a form and request everything she wants. And she can even ask to freeze the assets of her spouse/boyfriend.
    What could go wrong?
    This is too much.

Far too dangerous a game when the enemy has the nuclear option and you don’t.
