I think a lot of the departments hire them for 2 reasons.

1. Meet the equality quota
2. Have them available when women request a female officer in order to be searched.

With the rise of c~~~ism aka feminism, every bitch that gets pulled over is going to be requesting a female officer. Not because they would feel violated to be searched by a male officer, but rather because they are c~~~s with s~~~ty attitudes. I’ve seen videos on youtube of c~~~s screaming “RAPE !” when they are dragged out of the car by a male officer. This will likely become more common, as feminism gets more bizarre by the day.
