Doesn’t that tell you how low the standards are for guys today? Good marriages don’t end in divorce, only bad ones. And yet 75% of the time it’s pumpkin that initiates the divorce. And that number is low. My ex was the one that wanted the divorce but we filed jointly so it would go faster. On paper it looks like we both wanted it. Not that I was happy in my marriage, but I didn’t want to lose being with my kids every day.

I wasn’t happy in my marriage. I was making a trade to put up with her s~~~ in return for daily access to “my” children. But I did at least try to be nice to her which is way more effort than she put in. Funny thing is now she wants me back and I have told her no several times.

My dad never saw divorce as an option even though he was unhappy, he took his vows seriously and cared about his kids. I believe most men view marriage this way but women don’t.

It makes sense to me what you are quoting monk. You quote quite a lot of Russian stuff. Do you have connections there?

I think the primary reason that patriarchy works and matriarchy does not is that a man considers that he has a family to care for that centres on his wife with him as their leader and protector. The patriarch works hard to provide for his family, guides them where female intuition cannot and they are grateful and obedient. Everyone ends up happy, the best is brought out in both men and women and their worst is tempered by responsibility and duty.

A woman too considers that a family centres on her but if “she don’t need no man” then she is the centre and the ruler and her intuition will guide the family and the man can be a useful appendage but if he annoys her, her intuition says he is bad for her and by extension the family. Man goes, woman takes resources, everyone ends up miserable in the end.

The patriarch is a leader who serves as a leader. The matriarch is a despot.

A woman is like fire -fun to play with, can warm you through and cook your food, needs constant feeding, can burn you and consume all you own

I might suggest here that MGTOW is hated so much because a solitary, sovereign man who runs his own household is the ultimate patriarch; he rules his household 100% along with all the resources that flow into it. No woman has any say. That simply won’t do! ALL patriarchy must go!

Until sex dolls are actually good, I think I’ll pass. TPE and Silicone are sticky and the dolls just look bad. Even the expensive ones look creepy as hell and have terrible build quality. Their fingers break very easily and their heads deform during use (if ya know what I mean). I don’t see myself marrying/cohabitating, but I know for a fact that love dolls won’t catch on until they’re massively improved. I know people like TFM rave about how great they are, but I’d sooner get myself a Tulpa imaginary friend than have one of those watching me as I sleep lol.

Mind you I’ll very likely buy into sex robots in a decade or two once they’re advanced enough.
