Every one of the scenarios in that article involve two women. Having a man inserted into any of the stories would bring on a whole new category of problems involving sexual harassment in the work place. There is no doubt in my mind that a woman would play that card if she knew it would get someone demoted or fired while creating a position for her to get promoted into.
And yet women cannot understand why men are refusing to mentor women………

I wouldn’t fall for this pseudo apologetic stance about female toxicity. It’s a devious attempt to put the blame back on men. Never listen to these women when they cry for your sympathy. It always has a hidden agenda. Notice how she excuses the behavior, as shown below. It’s always going to be men’s fault. There ‘s no winning here for men.

Just leave them to enjoy it. Women have always treated each other this way. Its just that now they do not have husbands and fathers to protect them and moderate the harm they do. Women do no have colleagues. They have rivals that they get along with. They are all very nice and all hate each other too.

Imagine a world really designed for men? Women who were under control would be number one item on the list. Then space to get away from them in.

Having worked in the medical field for many years, which is still has a vastly more women then men I can attest to this fact. Very petty trivial things become massive issues and fights. Totally stupid, which is why I worked float pool for so many years.

I wouldn’t recommend my son to go into the medical field. It’s one big bitchfest completely taken over by fems. I encouraged him to go into engineering. The math acts as a filter to keep illogical female thinking out of the field. At least for a while.

I retired early leaving the females that took control of my hospital to fix the problems they are unwilling to even confront as problems. Real women don’t like real problems in the workplace.

There is a reason women self-report that they don’t want female bosses.

As bad as they try to paint the worst of male behavior, the female “average” starts there.

There is no such thing as “toxic femininity”. Either all femininity is toxic, and therefore the term is redundant, or toxic women today are no longer feminine.

Evidence seems to indicate the latter.

The same goes for so-called “toxic masculinity”. there is no such thing, and for the same reasons. In every supposed example you’ll find it’s not the men involved who are the problem, but instead it’s actually toxic, unfeminine women bitching about the men because those toxic women aren’t getting what they want from them.

But that is not our problem.

It doesn’t matter if there’s no such thing as Toxic Feminity. The point of the term is to raise people’s consciousness. The mass media uses the phrase toxic masculinity, so saying Toxic Feminity is verbal jujitsu. It makes people think and short circuits their brain, because if they can accept Toxic masculinity from the trillion dollar propaganda machine, then they can also accept Toxic Feiminity. That way, we get to leverage that trillion dollars for free by poling an unexpected hole in their awareness structure by exploiting the same biological exploit.
