ARM,STM32 C/C++ Cortex-M3 coding

Hi everyone! I am doing my science work in this ARM. In Russia there is a new device called milandr-analog of STM32. Have you coded LCD display in Keil 5 on C language? I really don’t know where to find example or source code for this device coding. Thanks.
