    The one I have read for decades

    is so leftwing and gynocentric now that I can’t go near it. Does anyone know anywhere else I can get decent reviews or news without some feminist spin on it?

    I use IGN; ign.com

    The reviews are pretty accurate for my tastes. Can’t say I’ve ever noticed ign being political.

    Chess is available on video-like platforms on the web.

    I always grow tired of video games. Not so with chess, it’s inexhaustible. Inexhaustible for my meat brain, that is. Computers run rings around international champions these days. If I want a really hard opponent, then I call up a computer program and cripple it to play at my level.
