Not really. I’m familiar with what Mystery and Style put out years ago, but i’ve never considered myself a PUA.
The Red Pill subreddit used to be good up until about a year or two ago. There’s far too much crap to sift through on there these days. It was a much better subreddit when it was a smaller and lesser known group.
PUAs and MGTOW are at opposite ends of the spectrum.
PUAs pattern their behavior toward appeasing and persuading women to have sex. For some MGTOW, if sex happens…great…if not…no big deal.
PUAs determine their value based on how much female attention they get. MGTOW don’t care about female validation. MGTOW find validation in themselves and their achievements.
MGTOW have no interest in appeasing or persuading women at all. This is gynocentric. We know that all this does is feed female narcissism and hypergamy and potentially makes the problem worse.
MGTOW know that women created the solution to PUAs a long time ago. Women spermjack them, fake pregnancies, lie about being raped by them, and lie about being assaulted by them.

Yeah it provides some clarity. I understand all the MGTOW ways. I would consider myself one, just not a full blown MGTOW. Leykis says a lot of things that coincide with MGTOW doctrine. THE game (i.e. natural un-forced enjoyable chemistry between men and women ) can be fun, amusing, and entertaining for you. I wouldn’t apply it for HER, but I might (and have) applied “game” to amuse and entertain MYSELF.

Most of the time it was used to great effect. Women want what they can’t have. No surprise here. I’ve actually had a girl put up an ultimatum with me about being exclusive. I refused, because honestly I knew that dating her would be too much effort. She was beginning to be a drain on me financially, and was becoming really clingy. FWB don’t really work. Emotions get involved and ruin things. This girl was a easy 8, but she was didn’t have much to offer me besides her sex. I like your analogy. I use logic in every action I make. I don’t let women dictate how I pursue my endeavors, my desires. I’m going MY OWN WAY. Hmm I see. I would say I’m very stand offish when I first get introduced to females. I’ll be polite, but I’m not going to get all giddy over them. I approach some females once I’ve had a few beers in me. My homeboys will usually strike before me since they stalk women. I tend to take my time and see what girls are eyeing me up.
