If I remember correctly, someone said it was going down on February 1st (02/01), so I thought maybe he misread (01/02) which would have been January 2nd, the last day before it became impossible to log in.

But anyway, here we are still.

It’s a GoDaddy account. For a small fee (and commission if sold) they will contact the owner of the site and negotiate on your behalf.

I think it was about $50. You’d have to check it out. It’s on their site somewhere.

If it’s not renewed and the host gets no response to reminders, then I assume the domain will simply go up for sale, in which case it would be wise to make ones interest known beforehand (don’t want SPLC or Gargamel jumping in and buying it up).

Unless KM has a direct debit or some such in place. I suspect that this will be the case.

Based on Gargamel’s in depth computer knowledge and skills combined with his passion for this forum and it’s historical contents (years of topics and posts) – I suspect that he not only has the ability to do that but possibly has been preparing to do it.

Everytime I see his Meow Mix picture in the list of profiles that are viewing the forum, I feel a sense of hope.

I looked up this domain’s expiration date on whois.net and it is set for Jan 21st. My understanding is that if it defaulted it could be purchased by anyone. If the site does expire and is not renewed, this could be it, gentlemen.

On the hosts server, surely? There would be passwords, but the host should have access. I used to have a business website and that was the case there.

The host with access to files would be Keymaster. Would be surprised if the hosting site…let’s assume it’s GoDaddy…would sell the remote files as well as the domain name. I’m pretty sure that’s not how it works, although might a combined enquiry/petition at least open the consideration?

There’s a lot of good material on Mgtow.com and our dialogue has been essential to my development from a robbed divorcé into a grown ass man. I used to screenshot the threads that had particular importance for me and still have that collection archived on my computer. I don’t have a reddit account but would be happy to upload them somewhere should this site fail.

If KM doesn’t drop by soon to shed light on the matter then there’s good chance the forum will shut down within the end of the month. I think at this point either we all chip in and buy the forum or share our email addresses to stay in touch to see what other mgtow forums are available.

For reasons, TIM is not an option, and mgtow reddit is becoming more and more like an entry level to sandman’s videos than anything seriously discussed within this forum.

This site handles these things well making posting a fun experience. But of course it’s mainly the group of guys that makes posting worthwhile. Here is a group of real men.
