@keymaster I’ve had my share of confrontational experiences. But I will say, I at least respect a man (or even the odd woman) who has the strength to debate and disagree with you rather than becoming frustratingly infantile about it. I love pushing buttons, I’ve been blocked/banned from so many online settings I sometimes forget them all. Then when I go someplace I realize I’ve already been blocked.

I will say I’ve some extremely positive discussions. I used to talk to this guy (Dave) who was hardcore religious (I’m an Atheist). We would talk for hours about faith (or lack thereof) and never once did this guy bat so much as an eyelash when I repeatedly questioned the validity of his beliefs.
Things went south in his marriage (You’re shocked, I know) and he moved away. Haven’t spoken to him other than a couple of times when he’s been back through the area. He was one of my earlier red pill moments, one I didn’t heed. I drove him to his divorce proceeding and watched him get eviscerated with child support, no custody, no visitation, and a protection order by his victim playing wife (who claimed he was an abusive threat). Of course her family rode to her rescue, brothers, father, mother, all lined up to speak against him, and villainize him. He was but a humble working man, he had some mild mental issues (and I mean mild) but his ex-c~~~ exploited every single thing she could and left him a sobbing mess in the middle of the court. I’ll never forget a 6’2 300 lb grown man crying his ass off over the way the state just raped him. This was 20 odd years ago and I should have known then, but what I had in intelligence was offset by a youthful lack of wisdom.

It’s definitely rare but to find someone who can hold an intelligent convo is a great thing. I remember talking to an older guy about just life in general and he was shocked that i knew so much at a young age.

On the flip side, i’ve dealt with women who one of two things when conversing with an intelligent guy. They either are generally interested and actually hold a convo, or they are shocked and can’t keep up with you in a conversation.

I wasn’t trying to imply that it was. I speaking strictly about myself, to imply the sheer number of confrontations one experiences when Trolling. I find humor in a great many things, and I generally find trolling is worth a laugh or two, when used in moderation. I love self-deprecation:

Keymaster’s father gave him some very wise advice that was common back 50 or more years ago. Discussion of politics or religion are seldom useful. They are often just someone trying to convert another person to their position.

Most of these arguments start off wrong because they skip researching the actual meaning of liberal or conservative or for religion, what precisely is meant by the term “God.” The person that starts these discussions usually creates a straw man argument for the other side and then shows how “wrong” it is.

For example, the Encyclopedia of the Gods lists at a minimum 2,500 deities and that was before the Flying Spaghetti Monster was discovered. For religious discussions, first you have to state which deity you believe exists, what characteristics it has, and so forth. Then at least people know to what one is referring.

Any MGTOW member with a Political Science degree might help here by explaining what is meant by liberal or conservative.

I’m a conservative Republican, and have been since Obama first ran for president and you can thank him for that. At first I didn’t identify myself with either, but after learning the two sides enough, the more to the right I got. The liberal-left don’t seem to have America’s interest at heart, they’re so intolerant of different views, they’re the ones doing the rioting and violent protesting (Occupy, Black Lives Matter, Stop Trump, Code Pink), they find every reason to tax you more and more, and they like to use the constitution to further their agendas, while taking it away from others like the protests in Chicago using their right to protest to silence Trump. That got me VERY mad, because you can’t use the first amendment for yourself to violate someone else’s first amendment rights. Another reason why I don’t identify myself as a liberal is because I hate political correctness and social justices, and those are left-wing causes. I don’t like being part of a society where I have to be forced to accept anyone or anything because some of these people are too easily offend-able.

Statistics show that conservatives are more physically stronger than liberals. Look at conservative Hollywood actors: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, Rob Lowe, Kurt Russell to name a few, they’re all strong guys and are good guys. Liberals like: Angelina Jolie, Sean Penn, Michael Moore, Samuel L. Jackson, Al Sharpton, Tim Robbins, Jane Fonda are total assholes.

Because liberals are hostel towards opposing views, I make a rule not to bring up politics and religion with people I don’t know, because are not friendly towards those they don’t agree with. Plus, I almost got into a street fight once here because there was this booth where 2 people were fighting against Obamacare, and some fat landwhale c~~~ called Sarah Palin an idiot, then I called her a fat liberal bitch and her 400 pound 6’5″ husband wanted to fight me and was threatening me. I told him if you land a hand against me, you’ll be in jail tonight, and he continued to threaten me. Plus that all female Ninja Turtle website I got banned from last December and another one a few years ago all leaned extreme left and whenever I made a post, it would always come back in my face with something heated. So my rule is to avoid politics and religion with anyone you don’t know, or those you know that are not on your side.

Conservative is an interesting word, I guess I am more that than Leftard that is for sure.

I wouldn’t really want to go back to the way things were, not entirely anyway. I don’t like all the PC bulls~~~ either.
