Simple fact is if you’re a man you’re f~~~ed. Someone shouts rape and you’re either outright guilty or guilty but you hid the evidence well.

Hell you could even be in another country at the time and still get the same treatment.

The problem is the silence. Her not getting charged or UM not kicking her out and apologising to him …… still proves ‘his’ guilt.

Universities are ‘kill zones’ for men.

And people wonder why men aren’t going to college?

    documented allegations

Which is just hearsay written down. Where’s the proof?

That same day in Washington, a group of Senate Democrats released Office for Civil Rights data showing the volume of college sexual violence complaints have skyrocketed during the last five years.

Complaints? Yes, of course it’s skyrocketed. Proof? Not in the slightest.

But after the meeting, “the victim [has] been re-victimized,” Westaway said.

So wait, this is a COLLEGE PROFESSOR and she doesn’t know the difference between a victim and a mere alleged victim?

The UMPD senior security systems technician and an investigator concluded that surveillance cameras did not corroborate Cameron’s allegations.

The accused rapist provided UMPD with evidence of his whereabouts and his roommates were able to corroborate his statement. Some of the evidence he provided included phone, email and browsing history records.

Never mind that, she can’t tell the difference between an alleged victim and a PROVEN LIAR.

Never mind the poor guy this LYING BITCH tried to frame, how the f~~~ is she being allowed to graduate?

The ONLY way universities are ever going to put an end to this supposed “rape culture” bulls~~~ and “skyrocketing sexual violence complaints” is by expelling those who make unsubstantiated claims. Catering to these bitches is only going to make it worse.

Keep in mind that universities are concerned only about money nowadays and deal harshly with anything which might disrupt incoming revenue.  Since women have been clearly identified as a viable market for their “services”, anything which will encourage them to attend is fair game.

False allegations come naturally to women. It is a minor upgrade to the trash talking and backstabbing they have been doing all their lives.

They do it because they can. They get detailed coaching on how to do it. They get encouraged to do it. It is in their basic natures to do it. Any boy who kept his ears open on the playground knows this.

Yeah, well if men ever start rightly suing the pants off universities that violate their civil rights with this “guilty until proven innocent and even then you’re still guilty” bulls~~~, they’ll find accommodating lying bitches to be very disruptive to their ability to retain revenue.

On a related note, as college attendance shifts ever more towards women, so donations from alumni have correspondingly tanked. When the student loan money tree finally falls and women are no longer able to borrow to finance worthless feminists studies degrees on the taxpayer’s guarantee, universities are going to find their policies of the past few decades to be very short sighted.

I wish that would happen, but it won’t.  Universities are corporations and they can buy any lawyer they wish.  As well, they have their own internal legal advisors in the form of law schools.

As for falling alumni donations, universities won’t suffer.  They’ll simply cozy up to some moneybags who’s looking for a cheap and quick tax break and get him or her to fork over loot in exchange for naming rights to a building or other facility.

Women are known to spew lies across the board just for the sake of being vindictive, you’ll notice if s~~~ ever hits the fan you become the reincarnation of Satan himself according to women, so this doesn’t surprise me in the least.

What does bother me though is how an established private University such as this would actually allow this dumb bitch to operate with such impunity and be given the freedom to rip him to shreds verbally and get away Scott free.

Colleges and their efffed up laws and tribunals really disgust me, however women do tend to get all butthurt when they get pumped and dumped, so she figures she can run his reputation in the worst way possible. I’d interrogate her skanky friends because this sounds premeditated.

They learn this s~~~ early in life. I work around adolescents in a hospital setting. Frequently in report we see this under a patients name. “Staff not to be alone with patient due to a history of past false allegations”. This is unique to women… never see it with males. I had to put my foot down on safety checks when I have to go in each room to make sure they don’t have any dangerous contraband. If there are 2 female patients in the room the liberal nurse considers the room mate to be a viable witness. I had to tell her I will not enter one of those room without another staff present. I f~~~ing hate having to go in to female rooms at all but its been pawned off on my by a lazy female charge nurse who’s accused me of being a misogynist.

False accusations can come out of nowhere…here, the guy wasn’t even in a relationship with his false accuser…she was trying to get back at his father through the destruction of the son’s life.

The fact that this s~~~ goes on every day, has really helped me to take women in general off of that golden pedestal.  It is the angry ingredients of the red pill.  Young men, please read and understand.  The threat is verifyable, it is real.

    BVC

This article is written by a woman witness.  Let me apologize in advance for giving her a voice here in this last all male space.  My intent was not to offend, simply to shine a light on reality for young men.  I hesitated at first, but my anger got the best of me.

    https://theredpillnation.wordpress.com/2015/04/29/why-i-am-no-longer-a-feminist-a-story-by-christine-damon/

Swallow this RED PILL ===> Men will lay down their lives for their brothers, their women and their children. This makes Men useful as slaves. Women will lay down their lives for ONLY their children. To expect more from women is just a FANTASY created by society and reinforced by the unconditional love that we experienced from our Mothers. The key to freedom is the understanding that the woman you meet is not going to fantastically love you like your Mother did. If you buy into the fantasy, then she is your new master. If you do not buy into the fantasy, then she is nothing, and you retain your freedom.

I believe it’s already happening. Isn’t there a huge lawsuit happening over that mattress girl bulls~~~?

As for falling alumni donations, universities won’t suffer. They’ll simply cozy up to some moneybags who’s looking for a cheap and quick tax break and get him or her to fork over loot in exchange for naming rights to a building or other facility.

Which is only good for a building or two, and are generally only one time things, and so are not sustainable for ongoing operating expenses. And only some universities will be able to score fat donations like that because there are a limited number of sugar daddies out there. Universities cannot survive on occasional windfalls.

Higher education is in an enormous taxpayer guaranteed debt fueled bubble, and sooner or later it is going to pop. Their current operating model is utterly unsustainable.

A woman claiming a false rape charge is what eventually led to me going to MGTOW. Of course, it was not against me.

This bitch falsely charged rape against her ex-husband. She got her vindictive kicks from the guy sitting in jail for 30 days as things were sorted by the legal system. As a bonus, she got herself a whole bunch of White Knights running to her aid including myself. I got to be the “lucky” White Knight. Vindictiveness and manipulation are characteristic of so many women.

At this point in time years later, I’ve become a MGHOW and learned a very valuable lesson. Her ex, a mangina of the highest order, has recently gone back to that insane bat. Both of them had married other morons and gotten divorced before reconnecting.

I’m starting to wonder if maybe the source of all the increase in false rape allegations are the result of an increase in actual rejections by real men of real women. Let me see if I’m connecting the dots correctly…

Women are raised to believe that sex is so valuable to men that men will do anything they want, give them anything they want, or tolerate anything women do to them in order to get it. And for a time in their late teens to early twenties, evidence that this is actually true is easy to come by. Young, hormone charged men (including me at at that age) will in fact do all of this in an attempt to get sex. Every time they do, it reenforces this idea.

But eventually, this starts to change. The perceptions of men of the value of themselves, and of sex starts to change. They see themselves becoming more valuable and see women and sex becoming less valuable, even liabilities. Eventually, right around age 28-32, a woman gets turned down. Or, one of her friends gets turned down. Or, she reads about it somewhere, or hears about it somewhere. Very abruptly, she realizes that this could happen to her, or that it actually IS happening to her. At the time that this occurs, few of them have any back up plan for getting all that free stuff that is anywhere near as easy and reliable as getting it from a hormone charged man was.

Some of them panic. Some of them just quietly rush to marry the first person who will have them. Some get into denial. Though I was once threatened by a woman who told me she might accuse me of hitting her and have me arrested for it, I’ve never been falsely accused of rape, and that woman never got the chance to falsely accuse me of hitting her (I escaped before she had the chance). But I have had the experience of turning down women offering me sex, and I’ve seen the impact it has.

I did this only about a half dozen times over 30 years. But each time, the reaction was way more intense than I would have predicted. As I’ve posted before, it was like a wrecking ball hitting a building. The women I turned down were reasonably stable (as far as that goes for women), but as I think now about these false rape claims that keep popping up, I wonder what might have happened if they hadn’t been?

As more younger men refuse to marry them, and more older men become less and less willing to fork over the enormous costs that women are trying to place on sex, I suspect that we will see more and more false rape claims as the realization that they have over played their hand… leading more and more women to do this to get attention, or to further their denial (see, someone still REALLY wants to have sex with me…!!!), or to get revenge, or to reassure themselves that they have at least some remaining power to impact some man somewhere…

Ironically, this will make them even more dangerous and less attractive, and drop their desirability even further. But looking at some patterns in history, there is a precedent for it. Frequently in history, we can find examples of novice tyrants gaining new political power without having earned it. The most common pattern when this occurs is that they don’t feel secure in the power they have and so over use and abuse it in an effort to reassure themselves that they have it. They do this more and more until their abuses inspire a reconsideration of loyalties and sometimes revolt. But as this occurs, instead of backing off and lowering taxes/oppression etc, they tend to over react with more abuses in order to reassure themselves once again. This inspires further dissension in a positive feedback cycle…

The French aristocracy inspired the French Revolution this way, as did the English monarchy inspire the American revolution. I see the false rape trend feeding on itself the same way. Because unlike political abuses and revolutions, which carry real risks and real rewards, falsely crying rape has multiple potential rewards, and essentially zero risks. I suspect maybe we’re just seeing the tip of the iceberg.

While none of this is to say that real rape is not a really bad thing when it actually occurs, it is me saying out loud that I think the number false rape claims is going to go way up from here, and for reasons that have nothing to do with real rape wether real rape happens or not.

Look, it's not my fault that tornado dropped a house on your sister. Now get back on your broom and get your ass out of here... and take your monkeys with you

There are a lot of moneybags and sugar daddies out there willing to fork over money to universities.  All that’s needed is a tax break.

How is that done?  One way is to work for those companies or be on their boards of directors.  I know of several university administrators, including ex-presidents, who did that.  Often, they spend part of their time in their position arranging for these nice gigs when their terms of office expire.  Once on the inside, all they have to do is schmooze a bit and the money shall flow.

Not enough to cover the gap when the student loan bubble bursts.

All that’s needed is a tax break.

That’s another thing that’s unsustainable. But it’ll probably go away even before things reach the tipping point. Remember all those “occupy” protesters whining about ending tax breaks for corporations and “the rich”? I pointed out to one of them that a lot of tax breaks come from charitable donations. Her response: “They should be forced to pay the tax anyways. But they should still give.” When I asked why they should still give even though it no longer benefits them she said: “Because they’re rich. They should be forced to give. Rich people need to pay their fair share,” and so on and so on.

There are hungry times ahead, even for universities.

I should point out that I wasn’t advocating support for the university system as it is today.  Far from it.  I’d like nothing better than to see it finally get smacked across the head, so to speak, and realize that the tap has finally been turned off.

I’ve found that one can do excellent research with minimal funding.  One has to be very careful, though, in how that money is spent and do a lot of thinking before spending it.  (Like Sir Ernest Rutherford once said, “Gentlemen, we have run out of money.  Now we have to think.”)  Academics are supposed to be smart, so they should be able to figure out how to make do with whatever resources and facilities they have on hand.

But, that’s not about to happen.  So long as tax laws still favour the moneyed classes, the system as it is will still be supported.  It’s a question of when it’s going to grind to a halt.

Of course, one good thing might come out of that collapse.  Many of the “studies” programs will likely disappear and, possibly, a lot of the political correctness as well.  It could well mean a return to the university system as it was 40 or 50 years ago.
