Another False Rape Alegation

Here is a link to a recent story issued by the CBC News (Canadian Broadcast Corp)

While reading the article keep in mind the following facts:

a) a picture of the alleged victim is shown but a picture of the alleged perpetrator is not
a) the name of the alleged victim is given but the name of the alleged perpetrator is not
b) the alleged victim states that she willingly went to his home for a party. followed him to his bedroom for a drink.
c) the alleged victim states that the alleged perpetrator walked her home after the alleged rape.
d) the alleged victim only called police after she got home.
e) the alleged victim only went to the hospital for a rape kit and examination after the police interview here and took her to the hospital.
f) there were no reports of anyone at the home of the alleged perpetrator who heard her protestations of rape
g) there were no reports from the police that she was bruised or any evidence of an attack (only her word)
h) there were no reports of her friends witnessing anything or trying to stop her from following the alleged perpetrator to his bedroom
i) there are no reports of her calling the police immediately after the rape (911),
j) there are no reports of her trying to escape from him during her walk home.
k) she did not consider any risk factors (drinking, invited back to a mans home at 2am, invited to his bedroom alone for more drinking).

What’s worse is that the fact that she engaged in risky behavior, including drinking, was probably used against the guy on the basis that the got her drunk so she could not consent.
There was a case at a university where a girl accused her boyfriend of rape after they both had been drinking. The initial investigation determined the sex was consensual but later expelled the guy because the girl had been drinking and could not give consent. Absurd.

Probably looking for free funding via Victim resources IMHO.
Due to public pressure the police are reconsidering the case. F~~~ the law, f~~~ facts, f~~~ reality. She didn’t get what she wanted, so she screams rape.
Obviously the intelligence level has greatly been reduced to allow idiots into post secondary education.
