Real rape victims lose, taxpayers lose, victims lose.

At least he did get the 245k man. At least he did get the settlement. Considering the situation in colleges today, that’s a big win.. don’t you think?

But it won’t ever compare to the time and opportunities he lost.

No Varun. He was going to the NFL where the starting salary us 400K per year.

His lawyer will get most of the settlement.

Even though he did win the case, his career has been momentarily set back. I imagine that the female which filed those false claims was bitter of him, bitter that he would not be with her or something silly like that. You might ask yourself how far down our society has fallen of late, that one bitter woman can bring down a great man.

I would call this a Pyhrric victory, a victory which is won with so great a cost that it could almost be seen as a loss.

This false rape allegation wasted his time and money. Resources he’s going to have a hard time getting back.

Something better than nothing. I’ve heard of cases where there is no settlement. I’m just saying there are more worst-case scenarios. Like, he didn’t have to wait many a long years like Brian Banks did. Though they both ost career opportunities.

Johnson had one huge advantage which so many students in his position lacked. He was actually turned over to the law enforcement system and given a trial before a jury of his peers and adequate legal representation. And in due course, he was found to be innocent of the charges. Far too many students are hauled before campus run kangaroo courts and railroaded without ever having an actual criminal investigation conducted or constitutionally required representation for the accused. Those students rarely see a moment of redemption such as Johnson’s gotten.

This is another one of the reasons why I’m calling this a lucky one.

The other thing is maybe universities will pay more attention to due process in the future. Also, this spotlights false allegations and brings us one step closer to a time when the t~~~ accuser will be sued in civil court or better yet, perjury causing ….(I don’t know what)

Agree – now that there’s a real judgment, with real dollar-losses on the books, other universities are going to say “Damn, could that happen to us!? Who’s ass is going to be on the grill for this kind of loss?”

You would think so, but higher “education” doesn’t work that way. Instead they’ll just add on more policy to try to get accused men out of the system even faster, due process be damned. The majority of college students are women (attending on taxpayer backed credit) after all, and schools don’t want to risk offending that cash cow.

Speaking of student loans, that’s probably the best avenue for eliminating and reducing false accusations on campus. Eliminate student loans, reduce college assistance back to grants and scholarships which have to be earned, and you’ll reduce the college population back to students who are there to learn. Gone will be all the debt fueled party girls who are only there slut it up and make false accusations while getting useless degrees in feminist studies. Girls who spend their college time studying and worrying about their upcoming midterms don’t have time to make false accusations.

Of course the universities won’t be making as much money off the taxpayer that way, but f~~~ ’em.

Amen to that. I’ve met some people in college that were so dumb I still don’t understand how they weren’t legally retarded. Other than 4 years of fun, college did nothing for them other than put them in debt and increase their sense of entitlement exponentially because now they have a (joke)degree and should start off making six figures!

Filing a false police report is a serious crime

That is unless you have a pussy and said c~~~ claims said pussy was violated, in which case the validity of said c~~~s claim is ignored as the judge is a pussy worshiping white knight mangina himself.

It’s bitter sweet. Even though he essential *won* because he was exonerated, he still loses because he lost a shot at the big time. I don’t know what the league minimum is but I’m sure he would have made a lot more than 245K.

F~~~ these universities and their “kangaroo courts”. They just railroad men left and right and ruin their lives and the lives of their families all because some slag was p~~~ed off that she didn’t get her way.

It’s just a matter of saying “F~~~ you” to those who perpetrate this s~~~. Universities are chickens~~~ when it comes to lawsuits and bad press, regardless of who is threatening them.

That Milo video that was posted here recently has some good info. on what you can do to combat this s~~~.

Okay, so you want to be a University Graduate!

First, you somehow managed to avoid a charge of rape, sexual harassment, or some other form of political incorrectness.

Then, you somehow managed to get hired in Giant Corp. after being vetted by a long line of angry feminist Human Resources executives.

Now, you have a mountain of student loan debt, and a low paying job to pay it off.

“No problem,” you say to yourself; “I’m going to buy me a brand new car.”

Lastly, you open the want ads and see that the dealer who sold you your brand-new car wants to hire a mechanic at a salary that is more than the boss of your boss makes. Said boss took 15 years to get at that level of pay, and said mechanic is about your age.

The thing is that mechanic does not have a mountain of debt (you do). He goes home at quitting time (you don’t).
He gets nights and weekends off to do with as he likes (again, you don’t).

    Go figure, Sparky.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
