I was at the grocery store check-out and noticed the person behind me had about ten or twelve four-can packs of cat food on the belt. I just glanced at the person; it was a woman maybe in her sixties.

Heard on the radio, some dumbass Cat Lover, a man this time, has taken his case to the supreme court… He had like 50 cats in or around his house, so they made him cut down to like 16.

Then he got injured in a car accident and couldnt care for them and the cats made a cat nest basically of sh!t everywhere… The the county came in, charged him with animal cruelty and took all the cats away to new homes. They said he could only keep 5. (why 5, dont ask me…)

So he sued and wants his cats back. What do they do with these freakass people in Communist countries? like China or Russia.

I think anyone who has more than 2 cats should be on a List for not being able to vote, or own a firearm, or collect welfare etc… Anything beyond 2 cats is a sign of mental derangment.

My dad delivered coal in the 1930s, and one of his customers was the city’s “crazy cat lady.” She must have taken in every stray feline in the county. He said that when he got out of his truck, the stench hit him like a Joe Louis punch.

Perhaps I am a wee bit too introspective.
When I read, hear, or see stuff like this regarding people hording domestic pets. I always wonder what they hate so much about themselves and the life they chose, that they have to inflict that hatred on innocent animals (that pretty much depend 100% on them).
They cant care for the animals properly or humanely, never mind themselves.

Oh well, over to the funny pages.

Police foot patrol (you remember when we had those? That dates this story to the 1980’s). Cop looks in a skip left in the street. Lifts the tarpaulin and discovers 800 cats paws.

It was right outside a Chinese takeaway.

You’re assuming she’s buying that cat food for cats. Are you sure the cans weren’t for her? After all, the financial outlook for elderly single women is pretty grim.
