Banks take money and lives go down the toilet. .
Anonymous11We’ve got more than a few here though there’s so many people fleeing Tower’s part of the US it dampens it.

That flag is the only flag to EVER HAVE flown over our “meeting hall”. It went up just after this neighborhood/condemned family campground was closed under order to CEASE & DESIST. It hangs in my garage to this day.
We’re MGTOW! We openly display the rotting, leaking, and bulging, canned meat of this society.
We show them exactly what they’re eating:

Banks take money and lives go down the toilet. .It’s like they made these homes just so an invading force would have convenient places to live after conquering it.
Of course none of this is going to be corrected without total collapse, because governments have a vested interest in keeping the real estate bubble fully inflated. Higher real estate “values” mean more property tax can be charged. Higher home prices mean more sales tax can be skimmed. Higher sale prices mean larger real estate agent commissions from which even more income tax can be extracted. Who cares if they repeatedly collapse the market? Politicians need that money to buy welfare votes now.
Interestingly enough, real estate market in Minneapolis/ St.Paul is booming right now. There is shortage of houses for sale and you can sell any house within a week. Just today there was an article on local news asking if it’s going to end and when.
proud carrier of the 'why?' chromosome
This makes me rethink buying any type of property.
I’d rather live on a free campground site with an RV/conversion van any day of the week than to have to deal with living in a s~~~ty neighborhood like that.
Real estate taxes make me scared to upgrade my living quarters. I’m in a liberal state as well and for a decent house sitting on a couple acres your looking at 5k+ a year just in taxes. They just go up every year because my state is broke…so the state cuts funding to towns, and the towns raise property taxes. It doesn’t matter if home values fall, they just jack the mill rates way up.
Its going to be ridiculous 10 years down the road as my state chases businesses and the wealthy out, then raises taxes more and more on the middle class. Nobody is going to be able to afford 10k a year property taxes on a house when the average wage is 50-60k. They’ll be left scratching their heads wondering why we have so many foreclosures and houses sitting empty while people are searching for tiny apartments or living 10 to a house build for 4-5.
That’s probably Detroit. Nothing new there.
Shit Tested, Cunt Approved.

Anonymous42The majority of taxes in Vermont go to feed the feminized teachers union, with the highest expenses in the world and some of the lowest grade scores ever seen. Vote liberal Dumbicrat, and get f~~~ed, lock, stock, and barrel!
The cart has rolled backward crushing the horse.
Go home, civilization has been canceled…
Damn man. That’s pretty freaky. I might have to start looking around to see what kind of property can be scooped up for very low prices. You know this stuff is going to go up in value once people start spreading around more. Best to ride the wave versus being drowned by it if you ask me.
Learn from the past, Control the present, and you will know the Future.

One of the first SimCity games had a scenario which featured Detroit. And when I write first, I really mean first. The game came on a 5.25 inch floppy disc!
Anyway, unlike the Hamburg scenario in which you had to repair WW2 Allied bombing damage or the Tokyo scenario in which you had to clean up after Godzilla, the Detroit scenario only required you to do simple stuff like cutting crime and increasing property values.
It turned out the fastest way to win, and thus score the most points, was to bulldoze Detroit flat.
Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.
The sad thing about all this is that a lot of that real estate could be put back into circulation.
But simply no political will.Zero Tolerance
But simply no political will.
No will and plenty of stupidity.
Too many cities want to believe that they can still somehow get back property taxes from those abandoned properties. That someone is going to buy a partially burned down crack house in the New Somalia neighborhood by paying all the back taxes.
Rather than give the property away to “New Homesteaders” or hold “$1 Sales” in the possibility that future taxes may be paid, they continue to count decades old IOUs that weren’t worth the paper they were printed on back when they were issued.
Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.
