The clarification is important. When a woman strikes a man and the police are summoned, more often than not it is the man who is arrested.

Domestic violence figures are highly questionable, I concur. And the man is always arrested, by default, in many locales, DV is f~~~ed up. I’ve seen it myself amongst friends. My own ex hit me once during a fight.

In contrast, murder statistics are pretty clear cut and hard to fake. Women tend to engage in ‘relational aggression’ (think Mean Girls) rather than physical aggression, although the gap between the sexes, is shrinking, which to me indicates some of the gap, has cultural causes. Men are more likely to kill someone or severely injure them when they become enraged. I personally believe this is due mostly to biological differences between the sexes; testosterone seems to contribute — think ‘roid rage. That said, there is a big difference between ‘most’ homicides and ‘all’ homicides. I also think it varies a lot between individuals.

It is also true, women are more likely to get off easy when committing murder, but the fact remains, more men commit murders, than women. And those men, kill mostly other men.

I can’t even read this s~~~ it angers me so. I have been the recipient of much female violence. Worked in the crimanal.justis system at one time.Women are equaly,if not more violent than men. I have seen where women have tortured and murdered there 6 month old sons. MY own mother tried to murder me. (Boo hoo poor f~~~ing me!! ..hahah)She did toughen me up,I’ll give her that.
