I was thinking today about all the ways we can go out. Our odds don’t look good. In no particular order:

    • Run out of oil (before we get fusion)
    • Global pandemic
    • Genetic de-evolution
    • Economic collapse (and social convulsion)
    • Alien invasion (human type)
    • Ecological collapse
    • Nuclear exchange (deliberate or accidental)
    • Meteor strike
    • Alien invasion (extraterrestrial type)
    • Sun goes nova

And the ways we can make it?

    • Develop interstellar spacecraft and get people out of the system

I give us less than 1000 years. Probably less than 200. At the rate we’re going, we aren’t getting off the planet before one or more of the existential threats come to pass. So what’s really the point of doing anything other than living out your life for your own enjoyment?

Any philosophers have anything to offer?

Personally, I see most humans as aliens, as you wrote. So I do not worry too much about the species going out, as long as it happens after my friends and I.

I am not a Buddist, but as he said:
those cosmic questions do not lead to edification.
They do not start where we stand as as individuals.

I focus on what it takes to get the bills paid and make sure that there’s food in the fridge.
I wouldn’t worry about the ways that the planet could perish. .
    I’m busy making sure I don’t perish. .

I’m waiting for them to build Feminazi HQ.

Then I’ll board my ship, tie my rising sun bandana and set off for glory.

I shall eat beans on the way so they can experience my devine wind.

The human race will not go out all at once but a societal collape will bring big changes about.

The implosion of the population and the beginning scarcity of energy and natural resources will trigger this.

The population will implode by about 80% in the next 100 years. Remaining houses and infrastructure will be obsolete and the number of ghost towns will increase.

Filling this gap with immigrants is a dead-end street because these “tribes” will also get feminism in some way and their birth rate will follow ours in just a few years. That is easy to see in the Turkish community in Germany. When they first came here, they had 5 to 10 kids. Now their offspring has a way lower birth rate. Sometimes no kids at all, because they cannot afford so many kids…

Nature will survive us. Nature will even survive our nuclear disasters. Nature is now re-taking the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone and animal life goes on as usual. Without the interference of humans.

What happens reminds me of the “mouse utopia experiment”, with the exception that the human race is not “one colony in one single spot” but rather spread out all over the globe. So some humans will survive while others die out from overpopulation.

MGTOW – the beginning of the end of civilization?

In July of 2018, this honey pot forum was sold out to an unidentified NPC sock puppet and troll organization. Most independent thinkers and writers migrated to other MGTOW forums as a result of the never-ending infighting and deliberate trouble starting caused by members who were given "carte blanche" by the admin to do whatever they want. Before my departure, I only left a few thousand cat pics here to comfort and ridicule the feminist owners who now run this place. Their background agenda is to make MGTOW look like a club of losers the public eye. And during the course of 2019, they actually managed to destroy almost all other MGTOW venues as well. Nature will survive us.

Totally not the point. Barren rocks in space are “nature” but they can’t support the complexity of life or mind.

I suppose if you don’t care about human life or about preserving the complexity of mind and everything it has created and experienced then feh, who gives a f~~~… but that begs the question of why you would even care about your own survival. Surely you don’t think YOU are more important than preserving the entirety of human history and projecting it into the distant future, do you?

“Nature will survive us.” May as well help nature along and kill yourself now, you think?

Look out your window—do you see a sparrow? That bird is the closest living relative to the dinosaurs. Yeah 60 million years ago they weighed 60 tons—now look at them. I don’t necessarily believe in evolution BUT I do believe in devolution. As a species we’ve crested the hump and are on the down slide. We’re devolving. Well we had a good run–short but so it goes.

“Nature will survive us.” May as well help nature along and kill yourself now, you think?

I was saying that nature doesn’t need us to survive. When we go out, then nature will not give a f~~~.

If we go out then it is because of our own stupidity. And then escaping to another planet won’t help.

    • Meteor strike
    • Alien invasion (extraterrestrial type)
    • Sun goes nova

Yes, to escape such events we would have to colonize other planets and spread the human race all over them. Because it it is hard to escape “fast” and during such a disaster. The Meteor will be here faster than our spacecrafts can take off and save millions at once. But who is going to pay for this? After all NASA projects have been stopped for monetary reasons, we are trapped here.

So we go out when this happens. Scientists say in a few millions of years this is going to happen. The sun will burn out. The Meteor will hit us. For sure. It’s just a question of “when”.

And right, we do kill ourselves from the history books by becoming MGTOW and not reproducing our genetic line. But some humans will be left over and carry on as good as they can. I am pretty sure that civilization will decline and the remaining humans will do all crazy s~~~ reducing their numbers even further…

    • Run out of oil (before we get fusion)
    • Global pandemic
    • Genetic de-evolution
    • Economic collapse (and social convulsion)

    • Ecological collapse
    • Nuclear exchange (deliberate or accidental)

You name it. We are already right in the middle of that. But even if Hitlery would have pressed “the red button”, some humans would have survived and even adapted to the radiation. A couple of thousand years later humanity might have come back. There were times in history, like “ice ages” in which the whole human population was shrunk down to a few thousand inhabitants and recovered after it got warmer.

Humans will not go out that quick. But our system will go out very soon. Matriarchy doesn’t need thousands of years to destroy everything, they only need a few decades…

People get addicted to doom and gloom, and convince themselves that it’s their objective, sagelike big-picture perspective that leads them to the inescapable conclusion that their existence is both pointless and short.

    Here’s some big-picture for you:

    ———————————————————————————————————–+

The above diagram represents the entire timeline of our species’ existence on this planet. All the dashes represent the time we spent living has hunter-gatherers, with nothing better than stone-age technology at our disposal. The plus at the end there is when we started farming.

That one character includes all written history, all the way up to cell phones, organ transplants, and trips to the moon.

Our rate of advancement in scientific knowledge is happening so blazingly fast that our evolution has been outpaced by it, creating an entirely new category of social problems. All we see is how our mis-applied instincts keep us trapped in cycles of selfishness and violence, without realizing how good a problem this is to have.

We only seem to be moving slowly when our perspective is too narrow.

We lose hope when we convince ourselves that we already know all the important things (and the story those important things tell us is bleak). This is just arrogance. We don’t know squat. We are just getting started in the enterprise of knowledge. Astute objectivity reveals one thing above all others: our existence is a complete mystery. That “mystery” includes the apparent end that looms in the future.

Stop assuming the worst. Zoom out. Recognize that even after spending your entire life trying to get a handle on all the knowledge we already have, you will be left behind by the new knowledge discovered while you are living it. Recognize that every answer that brings you depression is just a short term best guess. Recognize that mystery can, therefore, save you from a very misguided grief.

You think we will all end in a few hundred years. That’s just a hunch. I don’t share it.

It is wise to fear dangerous commitments.

    • Run out of oil (before we get fusion)

Running out of oil will not make us perish

    • Global pandemic

we are still too diverse a species to all fall to the same disease and there are abundant health organizations to battle the next pathogens

    • Genetic de-evolution

Envisioning Only the XX chromosomal pairing to become successful births and This is a Worry.

    • Economic collapse (and social convulsion)

Inevitable, and stay tuned and hold on. Research TheGreatWar

    • Alien invasion (human type)

Happening globally now. The hope is homogeneous peaceful assimilation. Meh.

    • Ecological collapse

Don’t be a Pussy. Nature will be here long after we are gone, even if its only the top 1.5% that survive the red button extinction.

    • Nuclear exchange

Don’t be a Pussy, tuck and kiss yourself goodbye unless you can pleb into the 1.5% survivor regime.

    • Meteor strike

If this keeps you awake at night, be a man and build a StarWars defense system or make wings of wax and feathers and fly to safety.

    • Alien invasion (extraterrestrial type)

This would be BAD>? Talk about some STRANGE strange. Why not>? They could be AGTOW.

    • Sun goes nova

It is predicted and NOT within 1000 yrs. Plan accordingly

And the ways we can make it?

You cannot make it, I cannot make it. Mankind will make 1000 yrs and more until extinction or evolution. There is no escape.
    Don’t worry, Be happy.

In what frame of reference should MGTOW NOT live out our life for our own enjoyment. oh, in the feminazi life… meh, f~~~ off to that too.

Do what you want with your life and live it for you, screw everything else. That’s as I see it, part of the general MGTOW principle. I think you are just over thinking and worrying about things beyond everyone ones control. But if those are concerns you wish to contemplate being prepared for, you’ll want a thermonuclear bunker sustain, power supply and fuel storage of a large amount. A simple armory consisting of a handgun, shot gun, long range rifle, and intermediate range battle rifle. Skill to use them effectively and tactics education. Above all medical resources and training, super important. You’ll require ammunition in an acceptable amount. A food production center and secure clean water source. Food storage capabilities for short long and intermediate ranges of time. If you want to tackle extraterrestrial problems. Load all of that onto a space ship, how to acquire one is beyond me. Then you’ll need air recyclers and trees for breathable atmosphere. Fighting actually extraterrestrial beings is a whole unknown. 00 buck from a 12 gauge shot gun sure wreaks things up on this planet. I’m sure ballistics laws are universal so I’d think you could gib them with that pretty good.

Just some suggestions. Categorize your threats in two list based on likelihood and magnitude of devastation to you and yours. then combine the list in a way that prioritizes threats based on the combination of likelihood and devastation. Then begin to plan accordingly making lists of physical goals, such supplies/resources/money even, budget for sure ect. Next make a mental lists to be prepared for said threats, training/education, spiritual wellness. If you’re into being prepared and want a book to learn from, Joe Fox’s Survivalist Family is one I use and would recommend, his Youtube videos are also excellent.
He is a family man/pastor so he is not red pill in that regard but he knows his business and is worth a look if you consider being prepared for these kind of things. His book is also family oriented in but still provides the necessary material of a guide. The channel is called Vikingprepardness.

    Good luck! Hope this helps.

So, what’s really the point of this question?

It wasn’t a question. It was a rhetorical question and although you either argued against or ridiculed each of my points, you seem to agree with the overall premise… that there’s no practical path to human survival.

And because there’s no future for the whole of humanity, there’s no point to doing anything aside from what makes your own life as enjoyable as possible.

    Sustainability is pointless.
Conserving energy, resources or the environment is pointless.
Preserving art, culture, artifacts and monuments is pointless.
Trying to make things better for anyone but ourselves is pointless.

Now I say there is ONE path to preserving humanity… getting human minds out into the cosmos… but who at this point really gives a damn about that. Maybe one crazy visionary somewhere and we can safely discount them.

So the argument is essentially that there’s no point to anything but living one’s own life and trying to maximize one’s own outcomes.

The funny thing is that if you do that successfully, you’ll actually be doing all of the above without even trying. As it turns out, the act of living an optimized life for yourself is the best thing you can do for others and for the world in general. Surprise, bitches. If you really want to watch the world burn, the only way you can do it is by deliberately making your own life s~~~.

Everything dies sooner or later, regardless of how it dies, it will no longer exist.
Humanity, Space, Time, and memory will all be gone at one point or another. That’s just the way it is or is not.
