All female management team

Hey guys;

So I’ve been looking for a new job the last 6 or so months – while I slog it out at my current place.

It looks like I’m on track for a great new management position, with a salary about £16k MORE than my current role. Yay.

I’ve had a couple of interviews already…but realised today their ENTIRE management team are female.

It would be a great next step for me…I’m just not sure how SAFE it’s going to be AND IF I should put myself in that situation. It would only be a stepping stone for a year or so, but they don’t know that.

No offer yet…but totally torn…

Rough choice. How good are you at avoiding workplace drama??

If you take the new position, you should wear a body camera at all times when working and NEVER be alone in a room/elevator with the women.

On the upside, however, they will be trying to get you to do all of their work, and you may distinguish yourself to their superiors . . .

I indirectly worked with a “team’ of Women that were overseeing/implementing a project that I was directly involved with a couple years ago.

I knew quite a bit about what they were getting themselves into, but they didn’t ask for my input prior to implementing it or as they went along. I did my piece of it, and documented accordingly with my direct male supervisor to cover My Ass as I could see it was doomed from the start.

So, when they came looking for others to “blame” for their shortcomings and inadequacies, I merely pulled out my documentation, and left them spinning their wheels.

Instead of tackling the issues, and working towards solving the problems so the project could successfully continue, in typical female form, they just cancelled it.

I did my job throughout the process, but I would be damned if I was going to do theirs, or be their Workplace Captain Save a Ho.

There are SOME Woman that are competent managers/supervisors etc., but I KNOW that ALL OF THEM CAN’T BE, and your job maybe to run around behind them cleaning up all their messes.

I took one date with a female client comeing up.

Man am I regreting it.

And its just one days work.

Put it this way…

Yesterday I sent her an email that said…Your not my Mother, your not my wife.

In the hopes shed fire me. She didnt. Darn.

My Friend is STUCK Working for Two, and he does parts of both their jobs without the pay, and he is still made out to be the BAD Guy.

Difficult one-been in that situation myself.

If you leave after a few months no fault of your own thanks to tuna bulls~~~ and or a mangina boss without a reference it will cause you serious issues getting a job after that.

£16,000 more is significant but I think on balance I would keep looking at least you know you can get a job paying signifcantly more.

Would your immediate boos be TUNA or a red pill man or a blue pill simp mangina cnt?

Also employers see it as job hopping i fyou have bene soemwheer les stahn 4 years so if yo are ever out of worj and you have a steeping stone job where you wer ethere 1 or 2 years that can cause you probelms.

Fuking nightmare teh job market mate.

But things are slow so I thought ide better take it.
