    Interesting fun fact:

In china there was a huge age gap between most married couples (7+ years) with the male being older. Low divorce rate.

As the age gap shrunk the divorce rate grew.

In china there was a huge age gap between most married couples (7+ years) with the male being older. Low divorce rate.

That due mostly to the One Child policy. The birth sex ratio was hugely skewed towards males for a few generations leading up to the Little Emperors phenomenon.

With so many men looking for wives, they had to reach further outside of their age cohorts than normal. They even turned to the slave trade.

As the age gap shrunk the divorce rate grew.

That’s more a function of economic growth and the social liberalization that came with China’s huge internal population movements. If a girl has enough “gumption” to leave her village in Bumf~~~ Qinghai to work in the cell phone factory outside of Shanghai, she’s more open to ditching a husband because she already knows she can take care of herself.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

Possibly…probably…most likely…but regardless the age gap “psychologically” or probably better put “subconsciously” derives a form of authority in and of itself as age and wisdom often correlate.

I will not put money in a house because that means taking on debt and not being able to leave.

A house is the best investment you can make bro. Buy one, don’t let her name on the deed, don’t give her a key. Yes you will be in debt, but you’ll also have equity, and the option to sell if you fall on hard times. If you’re just renting and fall on hard times, you won’t have the option to sell.

True. Remember, however, that you want to own property and not a mortgage.

At age 20 noone has the brains so comprehend 80% of the s~~~ that is going on around you.
When I was 20 I thought I was smart as f~~~, now I know I was above average at best.

Let me put it this way: You have been together a year? So most likely you dont know her at all.
You also will have trouble getting things right since you are in a relationship with her.

Ask people around you what do they think about her and listen carefully.
You cant be objective at all, and honestly, we cant trust your word too much on her either.
Dont forget, a woman is the enemy, not because she wants to harm you, but because her interests are not your interests.

Yes. These piece of advice I figured out years ago in college and it saved me ALOT (and I cannot emphasize this enough) of trouble. It will save weeks, months, years off of “trying to find out who she is (which is another question altogether).”
