For 2 years, she got away with it, covering with lies and excuses, always blaming everyone else. She was a tickbox quota hire and given far more leeway than a man would have been.

After 2 years of this, senior management finally made the connection between her and their rising losses.

She was given the push and a man brought in, after which there were no further problems.
