I just saw the trailer for the new Bruce Lee movie and I gotta say, it’s the most disgraceful insult to one of the greatest TRUE martial artists the world has ever known. Not only does this movie misrepresent the Philosophy of Bruce Lee with regard to martial arts, but they make him out to be some wanna be gangster punk. Not to mention, he learned Kung Fu; it is the root of all martial arts and as such has a place of respect for all martial artists. He would never behave this way. They utterly misrepresent his struggle as well as the whole point of the fight, which was to bring martial arts to the west. The East was very protective of martial arts and even other local masters frowned on him for trying to teach it to everyone instead of keeping it to the Asian community only. Sending a bad-ass or two over to challenge him was their way of trying to shut him down. Worst of all is that this betrayal was based on the book from his own wife, Linda Lee Cadwell, and was approved by her. This woman wrote a book after her late husbands death and endorsed a movie besmirching his name for a cheap buck. It begs a few questions, did this woman every truly understand her husband? Did she ever truly love her husband? I understand these two appear quite rhetorical in this day and age but damn is this just soul crushing.

The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll whisper "no."
