This was submitted today by a non-member/visitor and deserves to be at least seen (and responded to) in more than just an email.
DATE: MARCH 9, 2017I don’t know if this fits into your objectives…. anyway, with all the news reports going around in the past few years pertaining to what one crowd claims is America’s “rape culture” and all the unfairness in the various systems that handle this issue, while a growing crowd of less histrionic and fairness minded folks are expressing that there is no such American rape culture, but there are a flood of false accusations going around.
And what I ran across today was this article “A number of feminists are backing a controversial law that would allow colleges to list rape and sexual assault charges on the accused’s transcript – even if they have yet to be found guilty”
Where is the organization that will lobby for laws that address issues so as not to allow men to have their lives destroyed by a false accuser, which is in fact more common than many realize

One of the noteworthy facts found from this investigatory study is the finding: “in the US military, there is not the legal prohibition against the use of lie detectors that there is in civil law.” Faced with this testing requirement, a considerable number of rape accusers admitted that they had fabricated their story.
There should be repercussions for ANY false accuser, but especially for one that makes an accusation that can destroy a person’s entire life. And where is the men’s group to champion the reality that if there are no ramifications for those who would make such a untrue claim, it WILL encourage it as evidenced by the alarming number being reported as of late.
For anyone who has done a little research on this issue, it should be overwhelmingly obvious that this issue falls under a larger agenda being targeted against men with the overall goal not for actual victims of rape, but in destroying as many men’s lives as possible. Any reasonable person would see the attempt to make rape a woman’s lethal weapon that she can use at will and without consequence.
The legal feminists who are working toward this end do not have anyone’s best interests in mind, because if they did, they would be voicing concern over legitimate women’s issues like the child brides in Islamic countries and the horrible treatment women receive in similar cultures, instead of trying to create the perception that college campuses are the epicenter of a rape culture.
The fruits the feminists have produced over the decades is destroyed lives, misguided thinking, and a general destabilization of society. So, what am I getting at? Well, a lie detector test for rape accusers would be a start.
BTW, just to add more insanity to this issue, you can easily research the fact that while rape is one of women’s major concerns, one of the top sexual fantasies for women is, you guessed it, “the rape fantasy”.

This topic is also personal to me, because I once found myself defending myself from a false accusation made by a woman I never even had sex with. She didn’t react well to that rejection, or even that I was “gentleman” enough called a cab for her at my own expense….. and when another female voice answered my phone a couple of weeks later, she made up a story and I found myself having to disprove it to police.
That was 20 years ago this May, and the bitch tried to ruin my biography.
She lost. But only because I was able to outsmart her.Over the years, there have been a couple of other close calls when I detected this possibility IN ADVANCE. I once openly expressed displeasure in a woman’s behavior in public, but since no woman ever says “you’re right, I’m sorry”…. she thought it would be fun to tell the front desk person “if anything happens to me tonight, HE did it”.
What a colossal c~~~.
I immediately refused to spent more one second with her without someone else present. I called a cab for her and sent her home – a $75 fare she would now pay for herself. I even tipped the driver $20 to call me when he dropped her off so there would be a record of it. Bitch was FUMING in the back seat, and I enjoyed every second of it. Bye bye.
At least 3 times on my travels I have avoided this kind of thing because I listened to my manstincts, and I had 20 years to think about it. The law is not on your side, so how the f~~~ can a man get out of a false / fabricated claim – especially when no sex was involved?

Yes I’ve seen the article before about the college transcripts. There is a way to deal with this:
a) in most jurisdictions filing a false police report is a crime. BUT often police/prosecutors are reluctant to pursue these.
b) cases where there is the mere accusation and no arrests/prosecution there are avenues of redress. You can sue the person responsible for defamation: in order to prove defamation one must prove:
Someone made a statement;
that statement was published;(verbal/heard by a third party)
the statement caused you injury;
the statement was false; and
the statement did not fall into a privileged category.Injury to reputation is very easy to show if the false statement involved sexual misconduct.
Coincidentally the accuser crowd is aware of this which is why they also want anonymity for the accuser under the pretext of “protecting” them.
So the answer to this is lawsuit—take some $$$ from the accuser.
On South Park they had to just go with it when Craig and Tweek were called gay. It worked for them. It got the girls off their backs.

The only thing I can think of is to not get involved with them in the first place.
I could see the “I’m Gay” defense working, and also backfiring.
If the woman is upset enough, she might pay a lawyer enough money to check your past relationships, get the past women on record saying something like “He’s not gay, we had sex several times.” Or they could fabricate something, “He’s not gay, he specifically told me he wasn’t gay.” And then it would come down to he said – she said.
But maybe the lawyer doesn’t want to open a can of worms with the whole gay or not debate.
I just hope I’m never caught in that situation.

This would be an excellent idea. I’m sure there are people in high positions that are aware lie detector tests would solve the problem, but they don’t want that.
Why would they, if their intention is to ruin men’s lives?
Everything written there is true. It is one of many reasons a forum like this exists and is growing. For many of us the observation is not new, but always note worthy and I’m glad the writer was willing to express and share their thoughts with us. It is an affirmation that MGTOW is the safest and most direct path to being sovereign.

It is always going to be much worse for men everywhere. Feminists in the West are busy trying to make things as bad as possible for Western men, but in those other nations things are already at rock bottom and there is really nothing to steal from men of those cultures. They have nothing, and already have tyrannical governments who will enforce women’s whims against them. Such as allegedly misogynistic India, where men die for accidentally stepping onto women only train cars, or entire families get thrown in jail on a woman’s word. That is commonly cited as the most misogynistic country in the world by ignorant Western men, yet it’s probably more feminist than the US is.
Even the Middle East, the protections afforded to women are insane, and most Western women would rush at the chance to be married to an oil baron over there and live as a powerful woman. 17 year old beauty pageant winner white women actually rush off there to look for husbands. Don’t give me that crap that those women are oppressed, why, because they get chauffeured around in limousines instead of driving themselves? What a load of garbage, that means rich, wealthy people that have drivers are also oppressed.
This idea that women are oppressed anywhere in the world is why feminists can keep pushing. Men are so dumb that they actually feel guilty or make excuses and beg feminists to stop dominating them at home and focus elsewhere. I completed my undergrad @ Texas A&M University, which is a predominately conservative school. However, I had to take a liberal Women’s psychology class for one of my electives. Needless to say, a dike from the rowing team made the claim that we live in a rape culture. After being bombarded by the idiotic logic, I finally retorted by saying we don’t live in a rape culture. She immediately tries to shame me, by saying I wouldn’t know since I’m a guy. She used the ridiculous 1/4 college girls get raped/assaulted stat. I asked her, “which is it, rapes or assaults?” I then asked her, “if this was the case, then why would any father in is right mind allow his daughter go to a place that has the probability of rape that is comparable to prisons? After I asked all this, all the dumb c~~~s were baffled. Moral of the story is, this is just another attempt by the ardent feminazis to shame men. The rape culture myth is utter nonsense. Most of these alleged rapes are just cases of regretful drunken sex.

I was falsely accused and charged with sexual assault/rape when I was seventeen. All charges were dropped because of an excellent aggressive male lawyer. But I was never the same again.
Any reasonable person would see the attempt to make rape a woman’s lethal weapon that she can use at will and without consequence.
In the beginning of the accusations I believe she thought she would simply state a lie and carry on without question. The only consequences to be paid would be mine.

I asked about that back then. No was the answer. I kinda thought that would be the quickest way to solve the problem but the machines are not always reliable. That’s the why for lawyers and police interrogation.
