Ghosting is the only way.

I still try to help people, but I’m very careful with ladies. Unless it is life or death, I won’t be around a woman unless another person is present. Risk management.

Walking away is great. I have time to pursue other interests. I’m either working on a small beach condo or working on my golf game. On weekends, I can spend hours at the gym.

Let other people change the world. I have other things to do. Why would a person even want to sacrifice their life to change a world that doesn’t care if you are dead or alive?

I come across “opportunities” to be a white knight at least once or twice a day and I still have to make a purposeful effort to just ignore and move on.

I get far more looks of disappointment from women who expected me to serve them.

I usually think about it later and realize I’m conditioning them to expect that from MGTOW more in the future.
