First of all Title IX type legislation for domestic violence.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Title_IXFor every dollar spent on domestic violence shelters and legal assistance for victims of domestic violence, who are almost invariably female, an exactly equal amount of money must be provided to fund the legal defense needs of those accused of domestic violence, who are almost invariably male.
There should be a level playing field, just as federal law required equal funding for school athletics with Title IX legislation.
Secondly, every family court much appoint an ombudsman who will have access to all family court records.
His job will be to publish, without identifying information, statistics and general information about the court’s decisions, for example how custody and visitation decisions made by each judge break down according to gender, religion, ethnic background, sexual orientation, etc. In addition similar statistical information will be published concerning orders of protection, the reasons for orders of protection, child support, child support as a percentage of actual rather than imputed income, etc. In other words, the public will have access to all non-identifying information concerning each family court judge and child support magistrate and that information will be published on the Internet as fully and in as much detail as possible in a general, statistical way.
What does everyone think about this? I think it would be a huge step forward and no reasonable person can honestly oppose more equality and more governmental openness.

F~~~ that! It doubles the size and scope of governmental intrusion further turning a man into an automaton!
The answer is not more government, it’s less government!
LTMFB!

Ok, that’s fair. What would you suggest?
I think that you might be better off posting this on an MRA site.

Where are some good MRA forums?

Anonymous1I like the fire idea myself. Let the system collapse. Sit back and enjoy the s~~~show.

Follow your nose, follow the smell of anal divorce rape, can’t miss it! Say hi to Paul and Matt for me. AVFM (a voice for men) but watch what you say, women monitor what you say and kick you out if they don’t approve.

Some of the mods are White Knights also. Have fun over there…
I think you should post an intro.
And by all means check the MRA sites. .
It might be what your looking for.
I believe that men like yourself can make a difference!
Best of luck to you and I truly hope you succeed in your endeavors!Your proposal assumes Title IX is a good piece of legislation. It isn’t. That ‘law’ is currently used to kick men out of college and labeled a rapist simply be being accused of rape, without any right to defend themselves. I don’t want any new laws to use Title IX as precedent.
Secondly, you’re drawing a false equivalency. I wouldn’t say the problem with domestic abuse cases isn’t that there isn’t enough money spent for it, it’s that it’s a shame of a legal case. A man is removed from his home and thrown in jail simply because a woman picks up the phone to call the police. That’s not a money issue. That’s a problem with due process. I would say that you cannot take a man from his home and throw him in jail without significant evidence that he is a danger. It makes no sense that the police need a court order to search your home, but need nothing of the sort to throw you in jail…just a woman wishing it so. If you change the laws/rules around that, then there will be no need throw more money at the problem, which wouldn’t really help much anyway. It’s not as if the rich are of less at risk from false domestic abuse/rap cases.
As far as your ombudsman idea, men are already aware of the stats in a general sense, they simply believe “it won’t happen to me”. It’s not an information problem, it’s a wisdom problem.
Ok. Then do it.

How can you say that hitman?
He’s leaving the oasis and going to the eternal desert of hopelessness and disrepair!
I get it, you’re being sarcastic!
The system will never change because it’s reflective of an inherent bias towards women. I say you cannot lose the game if you don’t play the game to begin with.
Your proposal assumes Title IX is a good piece of legislation.
His proposal assumes the justice system isn’t being run by degenerate corrupted retards…

A Voice For Men would be a good place to start. You might also research groups like Divorced Dads. I appreciate what you’re trying to do. If some members here don’t appreciate making noise in Washington let them criticize it all they want. When the women got the laws f~~~ed up in the 70’s that’s how they did it. They made noise in Washington. I like being noisy…it’s MY way.

Dear MAN, I wanted to bring you in on the Ombudsman idea. WE ALREADY HAVE ONE IN EVERY STATE DHS system!
Aaaaannnd, they are ALMOST USELESS. I know from PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. They are just damage control for DHS. NOT YOUR ADVOCATE! And for the record, its a guy in the position.
You have to understand, the laws are already messed up. If we can’t even change them at the state level, (like in California) then there is little hope of doing it on Capitol hill.
GOod luck man.
You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home
