However, if this ever sees the inside of a court room civil or criminal, he’s f~~~ed. The way the system is today, he’s guilty until proven innocent. Even if he is not found guilty, he’ll still have to pay out on the basis of public liability. So he’ll get financially bent over a barrel regardless.

His only course of action would be to walk away, barricade himself inside his house and call the cops. At least then the cops will see this crazy bitch trying to beat down the door, which might give him some credibility.
