I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. It will never “come back and bite you”. . . because we don’t store ANY of that here. We don’t even know your credit card number – just the last 4 digits + your email. That’s it.

The processor (STRIPE) handles all the digits and we don’t even see it. Beautifully designed to give you peace of mind. The communication is strictly between you and them and managed/seen in our STRIPE “dashboard”. It just says xxxx@yyyyy.com has upgraded and the amount, and the only thing we can do is cancel it, or refund you if necessary.

We can’t double-bill you.

Even if someone “hacked” it, there is no trace or reference to your CC here.
None of that. Not even a receipt is kept here.

In case you’re interested (or have wondered) you all should know . . . . we even prevciously received an offer to “buy” the site (last year some time) and turned it down. We told them we would NEVER sell/transfer the member base to other hands for any money.

Even if they threw an OFFENSIVE amount at us which would be impossible to refuse, we would notify ALL users and give them the opportunity to delete their accounts. And if the site ever changed hands — for any reason — it would be up to all members to choose to sign up again AFTER that if they wanted to.

We never heard from them again.

So I trust this alleviates ANY concerns.
Even in the wildest of imaginations.

The site belongs to all of you, really.
