There is a deep dissatisfaction by the “Country Class” with the “Ruling Class.” This is exemplified by Donald Trump’s popularity with a large portion of the American public.

Rudyard Kipling wrote a poem that describes the coming revolution:

THE WRATH OF THE AWAKENED SAXON

It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late,
With long arrears to make good,
When the Saxon began to hate.

    They were not easily moved,
They were icy — willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the Saxon began to hate.

Their voices were even and low.
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show
When the Saxon began to hate.

It was not preached to the crowd.
It was not taught by the state.
    No man spoke it aloud
When the Saxon began to hate.

    It was not suddenly bred.
    It will not swiftly abate.
    Through the chilled years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the Saxon began to hate.

Us old white dudes are the scorn of the universe these days.I feel it out in the world. But I will not succumb to hate. Trump landslide.

    A logical hybrid IMO:

“When the men began to go their own way.”

"It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."
