The response I came up with was “No I’m 1.3 percent Native American.” There’s a very tiny percentage of ancestry on my Dad’s side of the family so technically it’s true.

I am so glad Trump won.

– I am amazed at the number of people who voted for Clinton. This lady by any account should be in prison. Her crimes have been pointed out ad nauseum for everyone to see. These Hillary supporters appear to have a damaged moral compass.

– I interact with a lot of ladies. A lot of ladies voted for Hillary. Typically, ladies said something like, “We need a strong female president.” Or, “I would rather have a woman president than a misogynist man as president.”
It wasn’t really the stupidity, but the smugness and arrogance of these females that was disturbing.

– I can’t how rudely Hillary behaved after Trump won. Although I’m not surprised. Where is the class?

– Can you believe how badly Clinton supporters have behaved post election. I see that a number of them are trying to get into Canada by claiming political asylum. Good God.

– My first concern at this point is assassination. I can see where some Obama/Clinton nut job might try to keep Trump from being sworn in.

– Several financial pundits are predicting financial problems in the wake of Trump’s win.

– I fear we have not seen the last of the Clintons.

– Obama probably will pardon all of the Clinton entourage before leaving office.

– I guess we will have to suffer Chelsea’s foray
into politics. Unbelievable.

I generally just reply with something along the lines of “Or because most of my views tend to be more libertarian in nature and the democrat party is the furthest thing we have away from that.” Same thing I did to Obama supporters who wanted to call me racist because my political views did not align with theirs.

The other nice thing is you can mention to her that Trump picked up a higher % of the female voters than Romney, and that more college educated female voters voted Trump than Clinton, so he is obviously putting out a message open minded females are responding to.

Look we all know she’s obviously a sexist moron, and she’s probably the same kind of idiot that would call anyone who disagreed with anything Obama did a racist, but take the high road man…no need to return her cheap insults and her baiting with insults of your own, even if what you say back is true. Funny thing – and I was trying to explain this to some work colleagues today who wouldn’t have a bar of it – is that their dismissive attitude of ‘rednecks, idiots, deplorables’ &etc, is one of the main reasons people voted for Trump… and yet they still haven’t learnt, and persist in denigrating the majority of the US population.

Their bubbles are impenetrable.
