I have been thinking about ways to constructively address some of the horrible problems that drive males to MGTOW. Would greatly appreciate some commentary.
There are “domestic violence” shelters that cater basically exclusively to women. But there are no “legal abuse” shelters. The bottom line is, males are terribly outmatched in the legal system from day one. Here are some things I’d like to see a foundation or non-profit address:
1. Free legal advice and assistance for males facing unfair parenting time and child support arrangements. My state has free legal assistance for all single moms looking to collect back child support. The STATE PROSECUTOR represents them for free. But there’s nothing to help males (or the occasional female) who face abusive practices such as inequitable child support (by far the biggest separator of males vs females in parenting), and to obtain more parenting time/better relationships with their kids. These two things go hand-in-hand because males saddled with disproportionate child support burdens are shamed and paralyzed in ways that are very destructive to parenting relationships — and no assistance is ever offered.
2. Encourage vasectomies. Planned parenthood offers all kinds of birth control for women, but I would love to see a foundation that gives incentives to young males to get vasectomies. This would get HUGE pushback from many social groups, but I think it would be a boon for low-income males in becoming more independent.
3. Provide counseling for young males regarding the relationship of finances to marriage and paternity. Warn them of the pitfalls. There is NO help out there for males who are being sucked dry by parasitic significant others — girlfriends and spouses. I myself got a girl pregnant and thought, INSANELY, “gosh, the right thing to do is to marry this girl, for the good of my kid.” This was a HORRIBLE idea, and my soon-to-be wife knew it — but she gladly let me throw my money away on her, rather than point out that marriage was not in my best interest. And NOBODY gave much thought to helping me understand how bad things were.
4. Suicide/depression counseling FOR MEN. Males commit 80 PERCENT of suicides in the U.S., yet we still have a one-size-fits-all approach that favors women. Why? Because sucicide counseling currently treats suicidal feelings as a DELUSION. The truth is, suicide is a PRACTICAL SOLUTION to horrible inequality and abandonment for many men. Help with that sort of problem is completely lacking in the counseling business, in my opinion. The HORRIBLE CONDITION OF BEING A MIDDLE AGED MALE is basically ignored and called “depression and addiction” by mental health professionals.
Anybody have any additions or suggestions for this? Thoughts on groups that might help?

Suicide is absolutely not a solution to any problem at all. It is a terrible choice for all of society. The loss affects all of the community.
And the term MGTOW- MEN GOING THEIR OWN WAY, is a better choice.Encourage vasectomies. Planned parenthood offers all kinds of birth control for women, but I would love to see a foundation that gives incentives to young males to get vasectomies.
As much as vasectomy seems simple, it is nearly permanent. This may matter to a Man who really wants to seed his genetics in the future, with possibly a woman of some value.
Permanent solutions like suicide, vasectomies, somehow miss the big picture point. I am Mgtow, have 4 kids, paid out lots.
Glad I did, life is like that, we move on.
