Rather than appealing, he would be better to spend his time and money indicting the Judiciary for crimes against humanity in persecuting men and use that as the counter allegation to his wife trying to have him jailed for failing to make payments. Argue that she is engaging in indirect female violence and manipulation and that the judges are enabling his abuser and persecuting men and that this is not a one off. Start an online petition, use his money to market it and get publicity and use his business and marketing connections and watch the f~~~ers squeal.

If he can get 100,000 signatures on a petition that’s likely enough to indict and petition the International Criminal Court.

Argue that judicial immunity does not extend to crimes against humanity and the International Criminal Court.

Feminist invention of the “Patriarchy” is an identifiable group. So there is a case and ample evidence – Patriarchy v. UK.

I would do it in his situation and watch the judges squeal.
