Yes, that is the standard “preaching” we were exposed to in the 1970’s and 1980’s.

Women openly hated men. C~~~ teachers openly revealed in front of the class that they hate men and that “men are all big assholes and are good for nothing”.

6 – Having a gf is more cost effective. LOL than a hooker? no dont think so. That math has been proven over and over again.
7 – This is true before marriage but once you are married forget it.
8 – True you do get the ability to become selfless, you look after her while she returns what exactly. Selfless has it’s good side to an extent but women just use that trait as much as they can. Think we call it white knight.
