Buy 2 thin 30cm wooden school rulers . The brand of ruler is DATS . Bought from a cheap shop .

Some string .

Take the two rulers and place them in water over night . Put something like two dvd cases on either end then place something to wiegh down the middle . Dont panick if it is bowed to much . After its dry just flex the ruler to your throwing while in a park .

Take the two rulers and hold them together in a cross . Place your thumb on the string in middle (leave about ten center meter tag that will hang out to finnish the criss cross tying together at finnish .

Then as above start criss crossing the string then tie of to tag and cut excess of tag of after tying .

Angle trajectory and flex the blades to come back to you .
