24% of Men Would Consider Banging a Robot

Real numbers are different: men know they’re going to be ashamed “for being losers who can’t get laid” if they admit that they would bang a sex robot. So it’s at least twice, at least 48%.
For women is different: there’s for sure hypocrysy, pruderie, shyness, but it’s like the difference between a woman admitting to own a vibrator/dildo, and a man admitting to own a fleshlight. Let’s say real number it’s between 1.2 and 1.5 times higher for women, basically for women is 11%-14%, more likely closer to the first.
So it’s 48% vs 12%

Interesting survey. Wonder how many of them had to lie to themselves to get it that skewed. And they discounted a lot of people which would require a 3rd column for “don’t know”. Bit hard to get the whole picture when the total number of respondents is 81%. To me that means only 81% responded and thus the sample size should have been adjusted, which could also have been addressed with the 3rd column of “Don’t know” for both genders. Always comes across better when it’s more transparent.

Should also release if the number of participants was evenly split by gender as that could affect the combined result.

Think about the Trump polls for the election where they polled majority democrats and projected a Clinton win. Could be similar in this case.

Back to the topic. If they polled a majority women it would make it seem like people were less likely to, as the women ironically enough were generally against it. Hate to tell them their toys are not all that different.

Also of note men responded 82% and women 80%. Fairly interesting more men replied.

I think an even bigger threat will be Virtual Reality sex and porn. That will put women out of business.
