This was a hot topic on talk radio today. So might be interesting to talk about here.
2013 0bama and Holder started a program where schools would get money for not having students arrested for crimes, called the Promise Program.
The program was intended to limit the number of black students from having an arrest record at an early age. What it did was give Nikolas Cruz a pass, no record and able to buy the ar15.

It is hard for any government program to work when those tasked to run the program do not do their jobs.

Look the government is almost incapable of doing anything right. Almost ANY program is a failure.

You cannot expect a monopoly of parasitic incompetence to produce favorable results. This is yet again another example of the failures of a bureaucracy constructed from the mass delusion that a collection of the worst humans among us can somehow protect us from the Boogeyman Man Dujour that a lot of the time they themselves construct.
