The MSM will fall in line, shortly.
Once the DNC concedes that he must be their candidate, they will all start fawning over him like the new Obama.I think the left has gotten themselves too entrenched in the “Hate Trump at all costs” narrative.
It’s going to be a lot easier to convince “their people” to switch allegiances to Bernie over switching to supporting Trump. But I definitely agree with everyone else, I think.
Since there is no other viable candidate, Trump is going to kick some ass.UNLESS……..
They pop Hillary in as the surprise nomination during the DNC.
And then still, no viable candidate, so….2020-02-26 at 6:28 PM#924293In reply to: Never Bernie movement
Bernie is the greatest thing that ever happened to Trump.
Hypothetically, video of Trump and Putin doing a DP with an underage girl at one of Epstein’s Orgy Island parties could surface two days before the election and if Bernie is the Democrat candidate, Trump will still wind by a landslide.

MSNBC’s hostile coverage of Sanders hits boiling point as he solidifies front-runner status
The liberal network’s coverage of the Nevada race had many on-air personalities expressing their panic as Sanders continues to solidify his front-runner status.
This is why the MAGA supporters will help Bernie get the dem nomination from the open primaries.
After decades of being oppressed by the elitists and the media, the MAGA supporters have a window of opportunity to have a presidential race with both of the candidates running being hated by the media and elitists.
For MAGA supporters, they view a President Donald Trump vs Bernie Sanders race as either the MAGA supporters getting four more years of a man whom has helped them, or a communist will be elected that will bury the nation. Both options are attractive to MAGA supporters.

Bernie Sanders’s overwhelming victory in the Nevada caucus is sending shock waves through the American political system, perhaps nowhere more than on MSNBC. The hosts and guests of the cable news network made no effort to hide their dismay at Sanders’s victory.

These Democrats are feeling Berned out.
Democratic donors and party insiders are warning that large swaths of their voters could stay home — or even defect to Trump — if Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders snags the nomination.
“I’ll still put a Bernie Sanders bumper sticker on my car, but a lot of people won’t,” said Jim Kessler, executive vice president for policy at Third Way, a Democratic think tank not aligned with any candidate. “They’ll say ‘I don’t like Donald Trump, but I don’t like Sanders either. We survived four years of Trump, maybe we’ll survive another four years.’ They’ll stay home, vote third party, or vote for Trump.”
——————While Turley is over the top, he brings up the split in the democrat party. Now bring in aoc’s and her pac that is targeting democrats that are not falling in footstep with her. The socialist wing is going for an all or nothing approach.

Globalist are still all about business. They may not like Trump for making cheap labor harder to get, but they down right despise Sanders and what he would do to big business.
On a side note here the coronavirus is killing globalism quicker then any election in any country. A few more months and you will not even have free movement country to country in the EU. Which should also put another nail in the EU coffin.

I don’t know about American politics but having a looney left candidate take on the conservatives worked really well for us in Britain -big conservative majority returned, Brexit got started at last. This Sunders guy sounds like he might fit the bill.
Which makes one wonder how many MAGA supporters will vote for Bernie in the open primaries.
As far as the MAGA supporter view things, the corporate globalists that have screwed them for decades hate both President Trump and Bernie. So, having Bernie win the dem nomination means the globalists have to either openly wreck the election process (either at the primary or general), have a open communist become president or have President Trump went a second term. Any of these options will expose the globalists and lead to their destruction.

in forum Political CornerAIPAC blasts Sanders after 2020 frontrunner says he’ll skip conference
AIPAC wasted little time to respond to the public rebuke and called his comments an ill-informed and an “odious attack.” The pro-Israel lobby said Sanders never attended a conference, which is “evident in the outrageous comment.”
“Senator Sanders is insulting his very own colleagues and the millions of Americans who stand with Israel,” the statement read. “Truly shameful.”
Last year, liberal groups like MoveOn called on Democratic candidates to sidestep the annual conference. The groups claimed that the lobby tried to thwart the Iran nuclear deal and backed Israel’s unfair settlement policies, according to reports. A candidate’s decision to shun the conference could bolster his progressive support.
Last year, Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., one of the first Muslim women in Congress, insinuated that lobbyists with AIPAC were paying lawmakers to support Israel. Her remark drew bipartisan criticism and a rebuke from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Omar ended up apologizing for her comments.
——————-Made omar apologize, the group has some power. Sanders will not need them to get the nomination, but in the race for the president that is another thing all together.

@ Quell: Thanks for putting up the Sanders policies.
Very telling right there.I honestly don’t believe an all-out civil war is going to happen the way it was remembered during the Lincoln era.
We could say that a civil war, or soft coup d’etat is already underway in the US.
It may have been going on, at some level for decades already, and has just been intensifying under Trump.I can’t imagine anything militarily being done within our borders except for civil unrest and riots being put down by Natl Guard and/or militarized police.
Which, of course, will be great propaganda to use, showing “children” being tear-gassed or shot with rubber bullets and bean bags on TV.I have been saying since Obama was elected, We are certainly living in interesting times.
I really wonder whether history will remember things the way they really are, or will it be twisted to suit someone’s agenda.2020-02-23 at 4:02 PM#924140In reply to: 2020 election winner
This guy is scary as all get out. Look at some of these radical policies he wants to enact:
Bernie’s Plan:

• Guarantee tuition and debt-free public colleges, universities, HBCUs, Minority Serving Institutions and trade-schools to all.

• Invest $1.3 billion every year in private, non-profit historically black colleges and universities and minority-serving institutions
• End equity gaps in higher education attainment. And ensure students are able to cover non-tuition costs of attending school by: expanding Pell Grants to cover non-tuition and fee costs, tripling funding for the Work-Study Program, and more.Workplace Democracy:
• Double union membership within Bernie’s first term.
• Establish federal protections against the firing of workers for any reason other than “just cause.”

• Deny federal contracts to companies that pay poverty wages, outsource jobs overseas, engage in union busting, deny good benefits, and pay CEOs outrageous compensation packages

• Make rent affordable by making Section 8 vouchers available to all eligible families without a waitlist and strengthening the Fair Housing Act.
• Combat gentrification, exclusionary zoning, segregation, and speculation.

• Ensure due process and right to counsel by vastly increasing funding for public defenders and creating a federal formula to ensure populations have a minimum number of public defenders to meet their needs.
• Cut the national prison population in half and end mass incarceration by abolishing the death penalty, three strikes laws, and mandatory minimum sentences, as well as expanding the use of alternatives to detention
• Transform the way we police communities by end the War on Drugs by legalizing marijuana and expunging past convictions, treating children who interact with the justice system as children, reversing the criminalization of addiction, and ending the reliance on police forces to handle mental health emergencies, homelessness, maintenance violations, and other low-level situations.

• Aggressively enforcing the Supreme Court’s Olmstead decision, including for people with mental illness. As President, Sanders will work to enforce the Supreme Court’s landmark Olmstead decision protecting the rights of people with disabilities to get support in the community. The plan places particular priority on the humanitarian crisis in our country created by the incarceration of people with mental illness, leveraging Olmstead to ensure states fund the voluntary, community-based mental health services that can save lives and keep people in the community.
• Providing mandatory funding to ensure that the federal government provides at least 50 percent of the funding for serving students with disabilities, exceeding the federal government’s original commitment of 40 percent when IDEA was passed. If Sanders is elected there will be Civil War.
There is going to be a Civil War no matter what happens.
The globalists have been using their old tactics of “out of chaos comes order”. Only this time their tactics have backfired on them.
The goals of the globalists is to turn back the clock and take back control of the U.S., with them using the U.S. as their personal bank (bailouts) and the U.S. military as their mercenaries.
The globalists believed they could drive the independents and democrats from President Trump. Instead, President Trump’s support among his the republican party is around 98%.
Meanwhile the globalists planned closer to the election (six months ago) to pull back on the radicalism with them attempting a “overton window” with them attempting to have the globalists picks be shown as the “sanity” alternative to President Trump.
Instead, the media did to good job of radicalizing the democrats. The moderates are fleeing to President Trump, leaving only radicals in the democrat party.
The radical democrats consider anyone right of Hillary Clinton (which would include Mao, Stalin, Lenin, and Marx) to be “Trump supporters.
Now the globalists are staring at the possibility of their whole house of cards coming down. The globalists have divided the population into to radical camps, both of whom hate the globalists, and both are are convinced if their group loses the Presidential election their group will be exterminated.
Civil War is not inevitable.

Their solution, in this case, would likely be to have the media and paid agitators instigate protests, riots and other negative things to disrupt his agenda.
The riots will occur naturally if Sanders becomes president.
Like riots when the power is out, amidst food shortages, a crumbling economy and massive increases in Federal government control.
Due to the insane level of socialism that Sanders will attempt to create. That’s only if any of his “policies” are actually enacted.
I can only thing of maybe one “squad” in Congress who would support him, and only if it brought attention to them.I only proposed the election of Sanders as a possible outcome for the planning purposes of the Dems if hell actually did freeze over.
Trump is going to be an obvious winner unless something dramatic (enough) is staged in time to sway the election.2020-02-23 at 12:04 AM#924106Topic: 2020 election winner
in forum MGTOW CentralAfter the media has acknowledged that Bernie has won the primary in Nevada, it seems that soon, they may have to allow him to be the Dem candidate against Trump.
I have doubts that His supporters would put up with him getting shut out and bought out again.Would the Left, and those in control of them, want Bernie Sanders to win or lose against Trump?
If Bernie wins the election, they may lose control of the narrative they have been putting forth.
Their solution, in this case, would likely be to have the media and paid agitators instigate protests, riots and other negative things to disrupt his agenda, the same way they have done to Trump.
Not sure how well this would pan out for them and they may not get much traction this way.But in the more likely event that Trump wins over Sanders, there would be a lot of trouble from just about everyone on the left, who has been taught that Orange Man is bad.
If it comes down to either Bernie or Donny, I am wondering if they just might start tipping the scales into Donnie’s favor, in order to get the outcome they really want.
What do you think?
