It is Title IX that is the real threat to men on campus. If men were smart and used it against women then it could be the biggest friend to the minority male population at college. Maybe more serious than a law, if you broach the new guild lines then the school could lose federal funding.
I don’t know the situation in USA, but I’m not sure that Title IX could be actually used in by high numbers of men against the women. Similar anti-discrimination laws in other countries have been neutred when men began to use them in their self-defense.
