Hell I’m not opposed to it if the top 10 applicants all happened to be women, then hire all women, but mandating gender quotas and having to pass up on better candidates because they have a penis instead of a vagina is flat out stupid.

Its the same thing that goes on with colleges.  Why is it when people are applying for competitive schools whites and asians have to meet tougher standards to have a chance at getting accepted than blacks or hispanics?

If people really want equality governments and businesses should stop it with this s~~~.  Set a standard that applies to everyone…that is equality.  Equal opportunity is what should be legislated, but what is being pushed is equal results.  If equal results are being legislated, not everyone is being given an equal opportunity.
