What happened? They could have improved upon making this movie a better superhero movie….and it sucks ass.

X-Men, same story. Never thought I’d see Wolverine as gay as that in my entire life. And don’t get me started on Superman.

It wasn’t enough that they sold Robert Howard’s work to the highest bidder, they had to get an ape to play Howard’s shrewd Barbarian. The new guy seems okay tho.

I wonder how many years the Hollywood machine is going to get to ride their new blockbuster recipe but the feast seems to echo in a night still young…

Reed Richards got his elastic b~~~~ caught under a train in derailment. The Fantastic Four got chopped up, stomped on, shredded and spit out thus as is onto the silver screen by the Hollywood dumb-down machine. X-Men, same story. Honestly, I was fine with X-Men. I like the movies that Bryan Singer and Matthew Vaughn directed. They’re good directors.

Superman is polarized, but I can deal with it. I want to wait and see if they take it into a less-than-desirable direction.

Fantastic Four, though….it’s just a disaster. Clearly, CLEARLY, this movie was made just for money and the creation of a new franchise based on existing property.

Zorro. Banderas and who? I remember Sergeant Garcia but who’s this brunette chick? And why the f~~~ is she taking Zorro’s quest? Really? Get outta here!

Iron Man. Downey Jr. Ok, I can see that, and who? No! Hell No, Miss Potts was never gonna get a fraction of a percent from Stark Industries. Did they even open the comics?

Braveheart… uh-him. Sorry, Mel. Wallace didn’t fight for his lost love. What love? He was trying to rally his compatriots against the English. What? He did what to the Welsh princess? Come on now.

Gladiator. Crowe, Phoenix, yea ok. Then who? The Emperor’s own daughter leaving Rome to visit her father? Bulls~~~. She did what now? Bed a general from the Legions? Bulls~~~. Comodus did not die in the arena, he died in his bath, drunk.

If they’re gonna spend hundreds of millions of dollars on a film, the least they might try to do is be accurate.

Four movies have been made based on this Fantastic Four…and they all, for the most part, sucked.

I hate to say it, but every single Fantastic Four movie was made just so the license wouldn’t expire and revert to the original owners. They suck ON PURPOSE so if they don’t make money and studios can use them as tax writeoffs. Even worse, they know people will watch them anyway as superhero films are saturating the market right now so if it does make money they didn’t have to put out any effort. It’s a win-win for the studio and a lose for everyone else.

Star wars is now owned by Disney: the people who brought us the “girl power” that is Frozen. If the trailers and snippets I have seen are any hint, we’re getting a “strong female” lead character with her male sidekick that she rescued from the evil Empire and convinced to join the rebels with the power of love as persuasion.

My suggestion as to what to do: stop watching and buying franchise garbage.
