So much so she pawned off her wedding ring without him knowing and wants to use the money to plan a getaway from the dude. She also wants custody of the one child they have and repeatedly locks their bedroom door with her and the child in it so when the husband comes home he can’s interact with his one kid. Also, she doesn’t work and cant even drive while he supports her and kid with a low end job that pays the bills. If they divorce, she will most likely get custody and he will have to pay child support. Plus this dude has children from other different women that he has to pay support to. I see this guy on a regular basis and can tell hes desperate to escape his hell.

This nonsense 3rd wave, 2nd wave, or whatever wave feminism has bled into the African community which is supposed to be one of the most conservative in term of traditional marriage. As a Nigerian who refuses to ever get married, I am seen as an alien and a wierdo. But cases like the one above have done nothing to reaffirm my red-pill knowledge.

I can NEVER see myself buying an expensive ring for a woman who will one day contemplate PAWNING it off! Buying an expensive item for a woman makes me physically ill.

Diamond engagement rings are the ultimate in marketing scams thought up by the De Beers diamond cartel.  The ultimate irony is that diamonds are not actually that rare, the supply of diamonds is tightly controlled to keep the price way above the true market level.

The next brilliant idea they came up with was the “How else could two months salary last forever” to convince money grabbing women that if your man was not spending at least two months pay on a fairly worthless ring then he was a tightarse and definitely not worthy of being your Beta provider until you are bored of him and fancy jumping back on the c~~~ carousel.

Personally I can think of a million things I would rather spend two months salary on!

Part of the mass media racket was to watch the news, get depressed, watch ads to know what to buy, watch sitcoms to see how to shape your life and what to get, and then go out to store and buy everything on credit, to keep up with the Joneses to be happy.  People don’t line up to it, get miserable, and then need help.  So they will medicate with drugs and alcohol to fit some sort of ideal of happiness.
