Well let’s look at the s~~~ty advice guys are getting from “AskMen, become a better man” ‘s list of things that they believe defines as an “alpha”, what they call the best leader of men there is.

10) You let her pay for dinner

“An Alpha Male provides for his pack. If she tries to contribute to this, he calmly takes the check and says, “I’ll handle this.” End of discussion.

Does he buy her drinks too? Why stop there? Just cut her a check right now for deciding to share her precious feminine time with an alpha like him. Does a male best friend not qualify as part of his “pack?” Gonna pay for his dinner too? Didn’t think so. So I guess Alpha means showing your “attractiveness” by showing just how easy it is for her to extract resources from you without doing a god damn thing. I’d like to know at what point this modern woman who sees herself as strong and independent becomes part of his “pack”. Does she actually agree that she’s part of HIS pack? No, its just something in his delusion of being top dog. And since when does an alpha male lion or wolf provide food for the pack?

But why is that the “end of discussion?” Oh right, Alphas just obey your and society’s idea of a real man – a chivalrous man- without question. OK gotcha.

9)You never apologise, even when you’re wrong

“Even” when you’re wrong. Implying there are times men should apologise when not wrong.

“An Alpha Male has no hang-ups. He simply says, “I was wrong. I apologize.” And he rectifies the problem if possible.”

I refuse to believe a man wrote that.

They called just called alphas, “leaders”. Tell me what leader – anywhere- talks like that.

8)You suck up to leaders and seek their approval

“An Alpha Male doesn’t suck up to anyone. He is the leader.”

So I guess it goes like this:

Baking brownies for his boss to impress her = Suck up.

Paying for the dinner of a woman he’s on a date with to impress her = Leader.

7) You gossip

“About your boss. About your buddies. About your girlfriend. You don’t mind pointing out other people’s failings and weaknesses and having a good laugh. An Alpha Male never betrays his pack. He doesn’t need to build himself up by tearing others down.”

Translation: Don’t bond with other men. Don’t small talk like women do. He might actually realize you’re all being treated like disposable crap. Hell he might even go MGTOW. See other men as competitors only. Never turn on the woman. Always serve her interests. Don’t want the work horse to get restless now do we.

6)You panic in a crisis

“An Alpha Male’s natural element is change. Rapid change is simply an interesting challenge to him. He goes into a special kind of ice-cold, almost detached state, quickly sums up the situation, does due diligence if time allows for it, and acts immediately and decisively based on prior experience if there is no time to spare.”

Your worth lies in being a good utility. You don’t get to be emotional in a crisis. Or you are unworthy.

5) You act before you think

“An Alpha Male may act with lightning speed, but he always thinks before he acts. He never runs to the corner and goes off in all directions like a type-A guy does.”

Everyone thinks before they act as thinking is a pre-requisite for action. However what they mean here is calculated action.

The only thing that always calculates its actions is a computer. An inanimate machine of ultimate utility. This is objectification in reducing man to a constant, predictable, way of being. Exactly like saying a good woman never gets angry or sad in front of her man.

4)You blame others

“An Alpha Male takes responsibility for his own actions.”

Actually an adult does that.

I’d love to see advice to women in any article -anywhere- to do the same. Won’t hold my breath.

3)You lie

“To your boss. To your buddies. To your girlfriend. An Alpha Male isn’t a liar.”

Yes he his. Very few people can handle a brutally honest person and women are no exception.

Note how it says “He does what’s right” and not “what he feels is right”. That is a caricature. It’s propaganda. If you behave the way we tell you, you are more moral. You are better. You are right.

2)You betray others to get ahead

“An Alpha Male never betrays a member of his pack.”

She can betray you, you can’t betray her. These alpha codes makes him easier and safer for manipulation.

1) You bully people

It doesn’t take an “alpha male” to not bully people. Just a decent human being.

“An Alpha Male takes on a real fight when it is necessary, and only if it is necessary (Alphas are not “scrappers”), but he won’t think twice taking on someone far bigger/stronger/better-situated than he is if the matter being decided is serious. And due to his fierce drive, chances are good he will win.”

This is again propaganda. This is to prime up male readers into being white knights/heroes and jumping into fights to protect. Opponent may be bigger, stronger, better trained but you’re an alpha. Alphas have a fierce drive so odds are you’ll win. Go on, protect women’s honour at the cost of maybe even your life. This advice reeks of male disposability and is frankly dangerous.

An “alpha male” panders to women, is used by society and is disposed after neither has use for him anymore.

Did I get this right?

Well, then I guess I am not an alpha… or beta… or whatever other denomination that WOMEN have for me depending on my utility.

I’m a man. On my own terms.

I guess these articles will only get more frequent as more men decides pussy is not worth all the trouble.

If you look at it, in wildlife, the alpha is often the one who gets kicked out or killed by a new leader once he’s too old or ill.
Being alpha is nothing but trading pussy against disposability, so nothanx.
I’m not beta or omega or alpha or whatever bulls~~~ term they come up with. All of it is nothing but a way to classify males in regards to their usefulness for females, so they know who to f~~~ and who to ask money from.
